Well, i was hoping Nintendo would make a good console after the Wii U, but this is literally the same thing again. Another Nintendo console i won't buy.

it apparently sold well enough to allow Nintendo to continue as a hardware manufacturer, also had a decent lifespan and quality line-up which is what actually matters to the consumer.

it says in the article "one of whom is the Nintendo source who informed us of Switch Reveal Trailer info before Nintendo announced it" which is Emily Rogers. They say they have one more source but don't name it so who knows. The problem is a lot of times these sources are all getting their info from the same person so the multiple aspect is bullshit.

As long as there's a good Mario game.. the last good one was SMG2 6 years ago.

I bet we're getting Super Mario Galaxy HD next year for the 10th Anniversary.

it's not as good as Galaxy 2 but it's still a fucking fantastic game, user. Course design was great and gets better as the game goes, also best co-op Mario game and get to play as Rosalina.

Not really, no. Nintendo has always been able to absorb the costs of failed consoles like the N64, Gamecube, and Virtual Boy with their strong handheld market.

It had a 5 year lifespan which is normal.

As for the other part of your sentence, the N64 did not have a quality line-up. If it had a quality line-up, it wouldn't have flopped everywhere but America and it would have beaten the PS1.

I guess Waluigi would be nice even though I don't fancy the guy myself, but seems like really stretching it at the same time.

Some of that platforming puzzle slower action or beat'em up. Something I always liked about the Wario Land series was the soundtrack and the level designs too, especially Wario Land 4's. Colorful as fuck.
