her tits look bigger
Ok but where is Laura
One per month. Inb4 fuckboy Elliot next.
Imagine if Elliot looks like a fuccboi version of Craig now.
Looks more like her mum now and quite a bit older. I'd say 2 years later or so considering rean was also a bit older on that one image.
>one per month
No way. They would have a character reveal each month leading up to the games release.
i don't get a word of what you are saying m8
So I was correct in assuming that it won't be a big graphical leap. But I think it will be enough to say that the graphical quality will be a whole lot better than the previous 2.
And this looks like, 2-3 years? Who here thinks more than that?
It's probably still gonna be saddled with the Vita like they did with Y's 8. Maybe a delayed release with better graphics too?
As someone who's not planning to buy a PS4 any time soon, I'll cry tears of joy if it does get confirmed for Vita.
Canon choice being the first reveal.
All is right with the world.
The fact that they "obviously" pre-announced that they want to move on from Vita means they know that they are being hassled in regards to it for developing better graphics for their games. It's just that, the majority really are Vita players I assume.
But really, yeah, most likely it will come to Vita, but maybe later? I dunno.
I think this is relevant news as well.
CS1 and 2 sold for 900k total.
CS3 planned to be released in December 2017.
>CS3 planned to be released in December 2017
September.
My bad.
Growth spurt, Alisa was always big.
Her breast envy was a case of "the grass always looks greener on the other side".
In the line behind the actually relevant characters.
But she is one of the relevant characters. Hell, even Gaius is going to become relevant now since he has ties to the church and a rival character. The characters most likely to take a back seat this time around are Jusis and Fie.
>Rean promo flier, smile gone.
>Alisa 3D model debut, no smile.
Have they reached the bitterness of adulthood?
What's even going to happen, will they butt heads with the Zero cast in greater scale?
Rean seemed to conform with situation in the end, even if a little remorseful.
That places him, and his friends if they stick with him, as antagonists from another point of view.
Has Falcom given any date for their end of year fiscal report? They usually announce stuff there.
I can see Rean butting heads with his own classmates first. Considering how Nord and Legram are the neutral areas, I would assume that's where Osborne would choose first to get rid of, or at least prevent their intervention.
It's like they combined Toval and her mom's clothes or something.
And she is still a shit
I don't see Osborne trying to take Nord under normal circunstances, they are full neutral and present no risk to him unless they change their ways.
Still a best and main girl you mean.
Do you know what Nord is lacking? Trains.
>delicious brown*
Fixed
But don't they already have one going all the way to Zender Gate? Dammit Osborne, quit it already.
Can't deny that I would love to have a train through Nord. Seriously, fuck that part of the game. Sure it was a beautiful area, but I think having fast travel would make it way better.
It has fast travel in CSII.
Thank goodness at that too.
Fuck traveling that place. Wonder why they didn't give that section of the game any fast travel in the first game? Shit was already big enough as is even with horses.
Well fuck me, it sure does.
All that useless mass of land to paddle the game's lenght.
Osborne has my full support.
You still have to traverse it normaly for the side-quests.
But you know what would make it faster? Trains.
That outfit seems to sport a similar theme to the one Rean is wearing on the reveal poster.
Maybe they all joined the army post-graduation and got saddled in a special unit to keep their theme from the Class 7 days?
But Alisa didn't graduate though, officially.
Alisa a shit.
Just like Rean is wearing a Croval outfit.
Wonder what's up with the white thing.
Millium technically wasn't a student either, yet there she was.
Units can just be made up on the fly.
The White of the great cleansing, the movement that will make Erebonia great again.
Alisa always a best, don't you forget it!
Fast Arts Guy is traveling around with his bracer assistants giving everyone a makeover so they'll end up in a thematically consistent set of clothes again after the time skip.
He is truly the fastest.
Well Elliot's sister is kinda cute. So he is not completely unredeemable.
Will they have reached a level where enemies will be defeated for real?
It's cool that the setting throws on your face that the main cast are just stundents that need adults to bail them out once things get too though.
but that has to stop at some point, they need to show their growth sometime, if there's a time to do it that would be the supposed final game in the trilogy.
She is going to breed with his teacher, the harlot.
That's what I like about TitS: there's always a bigger fish.
But I imagine that if they have a few years of battlefield experience they'll finally be able to beat some of the big fish.
Thing is pretty much the whole of Ouroboros outside of allofme man will have jobbed soon, they're no longer much of a credible threat.
>the whole of Ouroboros outside of allofme man will have jobbed soon
What did he mean by this?
Look at the zipper and black under white theme on Rean as well, Class 7 came back together became something else.
As in everyone but this guy will deliberately lose or already have.
All enforcers not named Shirley, Mcburn or Campanella have lost at some point, and all the anguis that have been shown have been beaten too.
Wait, even Arianrhod lost at some point?
so how do I get into this series proper?
During the final boss rush of Ao, yeah.
A full year away for the Japanese market still.
Who knows when secondaries like me will ever get to play it, shit, learning japanese is harder than counting all the stars in the galaxy.
Start at the start, where else?
And the start is cold steel or trails?
trails
whew, two big games to go through before this one. Okay, thanks. Guess i know what i'll get during the winter sale.
Just Cold Steel or the whole series?
At any case you would have a lot of games to play.
I don't know. I've heard a shit ton about cold steel being GOAT but I know it's related to trails.
It's not one like in CS2 where they're like "this isn't my final form" then they all get up and ready start round 2 and shit?
Honestly, end boss rush of TOCS2 was pretty ridiculous. At some point you felt you were just fighting someones OC donutsteel deviant art characters. Especially Mcburn. Thats when I rolled my eyes so hard they reached to fucking stratosphere.
It's related in the sense that the events happen parallel to each other and some in TitS happen shortly before ToCS.
Also some characters keep crossing borders and appear in both series.
Then ToCS2 brought the Zero no Kiseki cast into the fray, that amounts to 7 or so games one would need to know in order to understand everything.
I may have bad taste, but I thought his fight with Viscount Arseid was kinda cool. In a cheesy way.
>that amounts to 7 or so games
goddamn then.
That sounds like a lot of time investment for newly interested people.
Well, there are a bunch of enforcers and anguis, not to mention the grandmaster (at least as far as I know), who have not been introduced yet. There may still be some ridiculous people in there.
Okay but can they make her a decent character this time.
I thought it was great. He goes all OC doughnut mode and then Viscount Arseid comes out of nowhere to save the day and uses his beam sword of death. Seriously, where in the Arseid school does it teach beam swords? Since it seems to be one of the common techniques.
At this point I'm sure grandmaster is just some sad old man sitting in dark room ranting about snails and complex motives.
More than she already is? Alisa is tsundere done right.
This.
Honestly that is mostly to know where character X and Y came from, it isn't mandatory.
In fact you could just play the Cold Steel series and just feel lost 8% of the time.
>complex motives
Oh my.
She might be a trope done right, but as a character, she sucks.
Grandmaster is already confirmed to be a woman actually.
Nah man, that would be Celine. I'm surprised I wasn't annoyed at her to be honest. Must be because she's not a love interest.
It would have been awesome admittedly enough, if it wasn't for the fact that everyone saves Class VII's collective ass numerous amounts of times, starting from when Toval saves Rean from that magic knight.
Opinions.
I wonder what kinda titty upgrade Emma is gonna get
>class 7 is coming back
God fucking dammit, i bet 2 games later and they still wont get proper development
No. I mean, I'm speaking specifically of Alisa right now, but practically none of the characters are well written in Sen. Alisa just has the benefit of being a more focal character, so her flaws stand out that much more.
>That sounds like a lot of time investment for newly interested people.
Well these games are niche for a reason. Only Japanophile autists who are willing to invest time need apply. Just start playing user, you'll catch up. It is worth it.
I think that they could've definitely eke'd out a win against Duvalie and Bleublanc, as well as the two Zephyrs, but it would have been a tough case without being bailed out to go ahead. McBurn on the other hand was a hopeless fight where they actually needed to get bailed out.
So when did people start liking Alisa? Last time I was in a Sen thread, I fondly remember all the hate she got for being a shit character and being the canon love interest.
Yeah, that was kinda retarded too. And it does that ALL THE TIME. I don't think single human boss has a satisfying conclusion. At certain point you just sort of start to think that hey, if you're all such a huge fucking badasses, why don't you go save the world yourself, dick.
I never really hated her tp be honest. She's just boring in comparison to the other girls.
We were always here but nobody would fight against anniying sword and Fiefags.
Gross
I don't hate her, but I do like her new look. She grew some nice ta tas. I'm hoping in this last game they don't get rescued all the fucking time unless it's against something really strong, but the rescue be class VII reinforcements rather than random older character.
>CS1 and 2 sold for 900k total.
I doubt the "500k overseas" estimate. Even FC which costs 1/3rd of either of the Cold Steel games has not reached 200k on Steam after two years, yet both Cold Steel games have outsold FC after one year?
Falcom has no reason to lie about this really. Especially XSeed. Of course it will outsell FC. FC is old as fuck and many casual people are turned off with it's old style graphics.
Steamfags really do think very highly of themselves.
It's almost sickening.
What gets me with McBurn is that his entire thing is basically "WAAAAAAAAH, no one's strong enough to give me a satisfying challenge!" but then if you bring Sharon with you to Legram in Act 1 and Sharon explains that he's the strongest of Ouroboros, he goes "I actually haven't fought Steel (Arianrhod) yet actually". Why the hell does he not just have a fight with Steel instead if he really wants some challenge? I mean, Loewe challenged her and he did lose quite a bit and won a few times and Steel was like "yeah, I can see him surpassing me in a few more years" before Loewe bit it.
This.
It's not just Xseed overseas though. A significan portion of the fans are also in South Korea and China.
I was just surprised, because I've seen no reaction from Xseed for Cold Steel's sales, while they publicly celebrated FC's release as their "best-selling ever" game.
If it is true, I really am happy, on Xseed's behalf but also because it means it's more likely the rest of the series will get translated.
Steam wasn't the point, it's just where I could get data for FC's sales to compare with CS's sales.
My disbelief stems from the sales discrepancy despite the lower price, not a sales discrepancy from an imagined Steam supremacist idea.
I mean, if XSeed is going all out just for Akiba's Beat, I'm pretty damn sure they want Cold Steel III.
I am under the impression that the Trails series is a baby to them. They want it badly as much as the ones that play them.
Loewe and Arianrhod are both practitioners of weapon martial arts, so they have a common ground to battle. That's not the case with McBurn, he can't have a contest of skill with Arianrhod, and a serious fight between two of the best of ouroboros wouldn't be in the society's intrests.
Threads are seasonal and far in between, not the same people can be on them all, so sometimes you have threads where Laurafags dominate, others where Fiefags are mowing through, then ones which Emmafags are passing through, etc.
Splendid
