and here's my sweet base

it's hidden in this perfect spot on the edge of the map where you cannot see it at a distance because it's up on a hill and then dips into this small valley. I haven't been raided by anybody and if they do, because of the strategic location, they're likely to only come from one path and I've placed landmines along side path. They will suffer

You see, from here you can barely see my base way off in the distance and this is the only angle where you'll see it and a would-be raider would approach from this angle.

If by-chance you do see my base from here and you're friendly, do not approach it directly or you will die.

That's what a friend told me, but I've fortified my defenses.

Seriously, you must have autistic levels of fortification, cunts have c4 and will fuck your shit up if you aren't careful. You seem to have a good pc so you're better then when I was playing with a friend and my 20fps pc couldn't kill the goys raiding our big base.

Game is pretty meh. Best bet at having fun in it is joining a huge group of skilled and loyal players. Btw, assume everyone is a sociopath who wants to see your house burn and your items deleted.

oh yeah, I believe you. I've been following how people act toward each other in the chat and I don't trust any of them.

It would be soooo easy to fuck me up. If I trusted you to come in my base and you killed me, you could change the locks, take over my sleeping bag, and gain ownership of all of my stuff.

I really don't know what they have in store for the game, but I get huge Fallout vibes playing this.

I think it would be cool if they could encourage players to cooperate and build cities. Enable someway to have town guards frisk people to make sure they're unarmed. You can't punch people in this game, you would need a rock at the very least to harm another player, so as long as they don't have a weapon, they'd be harmless.

I want this so much but at the moment everyone thinks everyone is hostile and will attack you for nothing, its annoying

I mean, most people who bought this probably knew what they were getting into. And this game wont leave early access for years

Bought it last year (maybe before if its older?) when the first game version was out, played it a shiiiiitload since then.

Load up with my flatmate or friends when we have some chill time, make a base and bully people. Note that the best possible way to survive is building a tiny secret base, I've never had one of those found and raided.

The best part is when your two man crew drives off 5 man clans and makes them mad.

This is a really cute base, but completely awful in almost every sense, and I mean that in the nicest way possible.
