The news these days has me in the mood, so what game has the absolute best Nazi-killing in it? And I mean the best, the most painful, goriest, spectacular displays of anti-fascism and kickass justice. I'm already playing through Wolfenstein, and I was thinking about popping in a Sniper Elite to watch Hitler's organs burst while I put a bullet through them, but surely there are some other good ones around beyond regular WW2 COD type shooters. I really want to get the most visceral experience of putting those regressive subhuman filth down.

Wolfenstein is pretty good. I just finished the prequel which that screen shot is from. A lot of the games based on WWII are generally older though, WWII has become a bit tired of a setting really.

In this current era/time or back when it rose to its prominence? If you're talking about back then - it's best if you looked more into the social situation of Germany back then and how it gathered such a large support. Of course, there will be some people that support it, but a large majority of the German soldiers back then were simply just rallying for their country. Another factor is where you have to draw the line of calling someone 'mentally sane', as it can vary from people to people.

Both Germany and the Soviets knew that war was innevitable, the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact was a neat way for both parties to get what they wanted in order to prepare for the oncoming conflict.
