Method B:
After everything has been drawn, find the edges and blur them
Method C:
Draw everything at a larger resolution and scale it down to the target resolution.

informative but the second paragraph was completely wrong. AA is an image-level technique, not a geometry-level technique. There's nothing you can do to the model itself that will make it have less aliasing, sampling is the earliest stage where you can do something (by taking more samples)
