When I first heard of it, I expected IT'S JUST A PRANK BRO: The TV Show, but it's now one of my favorites, I think part of it is because you can tell the guys are having a fucking blast.

Q isn't an asshole, he's just a bit more shut-in and less outgoing/sociable than the others, he's mentioned on the podcasts how sometimes on a bad or busy day he's turned down autographs and things like which I think is where he got that reputation from, he also said he usually immediately feels bad or regrets it.

Can't guarantee they're all not actors or if things changed in later seasons but much of it is genuine for sure.
