well, technically, MS Saga allows quite a bit of customization. And I guess Breaker 3 too.
of course that's more about details swapping, true vehicle development game is something no one really did before

Technically. JP player base just won't play with you cause ping probably will be horrible, so people usually just try to find group to play game with.
Breaker is fun, as long you don't mind mindless brawling. Quite a lot of content, and now there are DLCs being released. Definitely worth it if you like concept of kitbashing/making plamos but too lazy to actually do it.

I'm more disappointed at how the encounters don't seem to differ much from what actually happened. Kinda makes me wonder why we're playing as a group of people who pop in and out to assist the current main cast instead of just playing as the main cast.
