I think a lot of stuff is just under powered as fuck to the point of uselessness. Most of the anti-titan stuff is useless. The shotguns are garbage. Titans other than Tone need a bit of help.

I actually like the anti titan weapons in this. They work pretty much the same as tf1. You're not supposed to use them to absolutely destroy other titans. You use it as a support while the enemy titan is distracted. Also mastiff is the only garbage shotgun of the two. As for titans they're all pretty much fine other than Northstar and Tone. I'll admit Northstar is kind of inherently fucked and beyond saving but you could just tone down Tones rocket damage and lower how strong his shield is. (no pun intended)

One thing that would help the Northstar is if its missile stuck like a firestar did. That would make it much more useful in closer range.

Ronin don't need a buff. Just single fools out, shotgun them while closing in, and then melee the fuck out of them. Your sword actually does more dps then the shotgun.
