Planescape torment is a perfect example of a game saved by being limited to muddy old sprite graphics.

The art design on several of the npcs is just so off that if they were fully realized 3d models you'd be put off from the games artstyle.

Even though he showed up at the very end, and in the worst part of the game, Vhailor still made the biggest impression on me. Probably because unlike the other party members he has his own goals and he will do what he wants; pardoning the fallen angel only for Vhailor to execute him was a pretty good moment. I also thought it was neat that he becomes on-par with a greater god near the end if you explain the injustice of the Transcendent One to him.

It's already straddling that line, Annah looked weird and I kept her out of my party the whole time.

PS:T's writing is so amazing it made a simple kiss seem leweder than most sex scenes.

Seriously, I'm still revolted that you couldn't "properly" romance her.
She was basically MADE to be a date do the MC.
She is a succubus. MC can't die (and so can have sex with said succubus).
Also, she was one of the nicest RPG characters I have ever seen. I was excpeting some reformed succubus with guilty or righteous complex, or a slut, but... she was actually a decent, smart, cunning, interesting, pragmatic, elegant character that was far from this "purity VS sluty" "good VS evil" thing.
It really pains me that I couldn't romance her.
(I also wished an ending where MC reconcile with his mortality and they decide to be bros and MC continue to live with his waifu, but that's another matter).

I always though physical intimacy would be like crystal meth or something for Succubi and mess her up.

Hence the whole 'intellectual pursuit'-ubus.

Well, if such is the case, I guess it makes sense, but I never read anything about it.
And if as a writer I could choose about including it or not, I would not.
The idea is interesting, but being able to be the only one to be able to have a constant relationship that is ALSO sexual (besides intelectual and emotional) with Wings seems much more interesting to me.

It's been a long time since I played, but wasn't it hinted at somewhere in the game that sex with her (or a succubus in general) might be one of the ways that would kill him for real? I know there were a few of those in the game and I seem to recall it being alluded to that might be another.

Well, I don't remember that either.
(And if it was the case, they should include the option with the game over, like with the powerful wizard)
