Pandemic is okay until the disease originates in Madagascar or Iceland. Then it's a nightmare.

The games themselves are too easy with no actual strategy involved though.

Shit where you can get direct control like the worms or apes are more fun but break that game with how easy they are.

They shouldn't have a price tag, the depth and strategy involved is never above Newground Flashgame tier.

I played Pandemic to completion in one afternoon and it was ok at best, not really another way to describe it, some of the desease gimmicks were kind of neat but most shit required just using the same strategy.

Boring after one playthrough.

My way of clearing the game, virus can be a bit of a bitch due to random mutations you need to devolve.

A real pandemic game would have have you 'restart' your virus in a random infected location each time you evolve and you would be competing against your previous virus. Could be pretty fun, tobh

I always kek internally when the developers of Plague Inc go on about their "sophisticated simulation". It's literally bunch of exponential functions and bears no resemblance to real models for disease outbreaks.
