HWL wasn't very good in the way of replay value. There's a lot to unlock, but unlocking it is a repetitive chore. Also free mode is just replaying story mode with all characters, which is heresy for DW.

No one has gotten banned for using CFW alone so far. So basically, as long as you use some common sense LIKE BEING PATIENT AND NOT PLAYING ONE OF THE MOST ANTICIPATED NINTENDO GAMES IF THE YEAR ONLINE DAYS BEFORE RELEASE, you should be fine. Also, playing the game while connected to the Internet didn't trigger a ban, only intentionally connecting to the Internet in-game to wonder trade or battle.

If I were able to snag one of the $99 N3DS's, would I be able to hack it (currently have a N3dsXL fully hacked and up to date, but wouldn't mind having the smaller one, especially for my SNES/Retro gaming).
