It's probably cheaper if you buy it at BestBuy or some other store, plus you can always sell it if you decide you don't want it or it's shit. I think Gamestop is having a sale as well for some games, but I'd rather pay full price then give Gamestop a single cent of my money.

Doom

In general, yes. In terms of pure gameplay (i.e. combat) DOOM is the best, but the MP is shit and while the campaign is decently long by FPS standards, but it still won't even get you 20h. It's good while it lasts though. Witcher 3 is much better in other aspects like story, world building, characters and sheer scope. My first "slow" playthrough of TW3 with all DLC took me ~324h, I have no fucking clue how I spent that long and I didn't even do all the meaningless shit on the map. Gameplay in TW3 isn't as good as DOOM, but you have a bit of flexibility in your build and with a bit of imagination and actually reading tool tips you can get a pretty fun build going, especially on harder difficulties where you can't really just mash your way to victory in every fight.

Basically, DOOM has better gameplay but falls short compared to TW3 in pretty much everything else. TW3 has acceptable gameplay and is outright amazing in some other aspects (although you should expect some variance between quest quality).

FO4 is mediocre, shallow crap. Don't even bother if you haven't played both TW3 and DOOM before. I didn't even mention graphics before, since both TW3 and DOOM look good, but FO4 is also by far the ugliest and buggiest game too.

Easily Doom. It's not perfect but it's a fun distraction.

You'll be disappointed in Fo4, regardless what you want out of it you won't find it done very well.

You'll get more time out of Fallout 4 by probably quite a lot, but the game is, at its very core, shit. Mod support just came out and I still can't bring myself to play it anymore.
Doom is very fun, but does get kinda repetitive. It wasn't very long, but gameplay is top notch and makes up for it.
