the episode would be about them TRYING to go postal but end up failing every time

I see Charlie getting too powerful with Litten (and not letting it evolve). Mac getting pissy about not finding decent fighting pokemon, catching many bird pokemon and naming them Dee or oiling up a bunch of Machokes. Frank will just shoot and scheme his way to the top. And to tie it all up, when Dee and Dennis finally get the chance to join Team Skull, Frank sells the compound and Charlie takes down Team Skull with his level 86 Litten.

bout the same. we wiped on trash and didnt even down the first boss. people spent more time focusing on blame and excuses which basically just devolved to old petty squabbles and racism/sexism/jingoism/etcetera until I called it and kicked everyone out and wondered why i waste my time of these fucking kids.
I even gave them all rumhams to increase their stats and that stuff aint cheap.
oh well, at least I have charlie.
