These projects need to learn to either maintain total silence until they're done, and/or do absolutely everything 100% in the open so that all the resources can be shared so that no one could possibly stop it.

It had like 15, the vast majority of those were just extremely short little joke cutscenes, and all but like 3 of them are pretty much unobtainable on a first playthrough because literally the only thing that determines your ending is when you kill the final boss and no other choices have any impact on it

There were several. What you accomplished/didn't accomplish, whether or not you spared Magus, etc. It was basically the same ending with minor differences and then a supplemental cut scene at the end.
For instance I remember getting one where Crono and Marle (?) had gotten married and had a kid.

I honestly can't get myself to go for the other endings. I've beaten the game twice with just the standard ending both times.

Remember that scene where you can fight Magus alone with Frog?
They should have played Frog's theme instead of Magus during that fight.
