Is it any good? I have heard it's the last good Bioware game.

It's good, but it might feel dated depending on how old you are (don't trying to sound like an ass with that one, just taking into account exposure).

The age isn't really an issue. I should've put this in the first post, but I'm mainly wrestling with whether or not I should pick it up since my time is pretty limited and I just picked up UnderRail.

Aged horribly. Play Dragon Age 2 or Inquisition instead if you must play a dragon age game.

It's good. Get the ultimate edition for sure.

Origins and Awakening are fantastic games, general Bioware hate aside. Play them.

Wew lad

It's not only the last good bioware game, it's by far the best one they've ever made.

Obvious bait, but go and stay go.

>actually recommending Dragon Age: Cisquisition

>bought DA:O and downloaded it during the steam sale
>the startup menu options don't even have 1920x1080 (it was in the actual gam)
>Made 8 years ago

First time I've actual gotten the physical sensation of being hurled through time without waking up in the evening after a long day.

its good

babbies will say DA2 is better because its faster but DA2 is literal dogshit, both storywise and gameplay wise

if you think dao feels dated you must hate these sorts of games. if you like old bioware rpgs, dao is the last good one and it plays just fine even today.

In my opinion in was the last great Bioware game before they shilled out to EA. Sure it has the EA stamp on it but they had nothing to do with the game itself. It's the final release of a once great company before they became corporate money whores.

Good but a bit boring. You'd play mostly to find how things turn out. It isn't too boring though. And before people say go mage, you can do just fine with a warrior. Spirit Warrior with a bow is so devastating when you make your mage hex an enemy because then you just use your critical shot skill and hit for literally over a thousand damage.

>the last good Bioware game
fuck me but it actually is
fucking bioware cocksuckers, I hope they all die of aids

Play it just to hear Janeway and Tuvok.

Wait, whaaat?

I watch voyager at least once a year fully and I never recognized their voice anyway

tim russ plays the old black wise dude you meet in the forest area. kate is morrigan's haggy old mum. cam clarke is also in the game, albeit just a shop dude and some side voices for the expansion, but i love hearing him.

>kate is morrigan's haggy old mum

Holy shit AAAAH

meant for

give enterprise a rewatch. it held up so much better than i remember. voyager is now my least fav but i'm due for a rewatch of it.

I finished deep space 9 a few months ago for the first time. Always had a good start, interesting middle but the end season and ending were so bad.

I was mildy upset on how everything ended. That was sour. And not a good sour.

>was going to get inquisition
>minutes before i actually buy it i go to Sup Forums
>this webm was in the first page
Thanks Sup Forums for saving my money

If you like having a lot of roleplayability, then this is the game for you. Wish there were more 3d games were you can be such a variety of characters. Especially fun jewing people

the last season of ds9 is disappointing, but the ride was great.

pirate it. dao is a great overall game, dai isn't. but the combat is fun enough to pirate. the couple of sjw scenes you deal with are worth the amount of hours you can put into it.

I like that the one founder sticks to her word, that they'd give up the alpha quadrant to get Odo back. The thing with the Prophets was terrible though, and they really sucked the life out of Dukat.

Here's you (you). Take it and leave

Last good Bioware game was NWN

It's totally worth it. Be advised though, warrior is really boring for first playthrough. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

One of my favourites. I think it's aged fine, but some people say otherwise.

Mass Effect 3 is the last good Bioware game.
