"What's that smell? ... The sweet blood, oh, it sings to me. It's enough to make a man sick"
What was your favorite Bloodborne quote?

What was your favorite Bloodborne quote?
Kos... or some say Kosm
"Well, I should think you still have dreams. The next time you dream, give some thought to the hunt and it's purpose"
When Djura kills you.
"You still have dreams? Tell the little doll I said hello."
>Keep getting one shotted by dis nigga in Defiled Chalice
What do? Honestly this is the first time I feel old, I'm not hardcore enough and my reflexes ain't what it used to be during my 3rd strike days
Forgot to post pic.
Yeah, hotdogs a pain. You've just gotta be patient. Or you could cave in and summon.
"Well, what is it?"
Dear oh dear, what was it? The hunt? The blood? Or the horrible dream?
Oh, it doesn't matter.
Away, away!
Already tried to summon NPC and I've lost like 10 insights.
With summons you attack its hind legs but then he goes on stomping tantrum and you're kill in two shots (it combos 90% of the time).
I have never heard the end of that line because the game always cuts to the respawn loading screen after "give some thought".
How the hell do you get him to say the rest quick enough?
"Have you come for Demon's Souls? ...
Or to save this land and be remembered as a hero?"
"Tonight, Gehrman joins the hunt"
Rancid beasts... Every last one of you
Also all of his transformed lines are 10/10
Ah you were at my side all along...
What Alfred said after he kills Analise.
I want this as my ringtone
"AWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
- Micolash, Host of the Nightmare and Scholar of the Eldritch Truth.
"You're welcome to whatever you find... even the doll, should it please you."
I was just plain taken by surprise by the suggestiveness of it.
And I have a dirty mind.
please don't be a faggot about this
Is the doll used goods?
The Cosmos and the sky are one
fpbp
you're actually forced to learn the fight. plenty of people have done it with taking no damage. nothing about him is unfair. one of the most scripted bosses.
since you've already resorted to summons just look up a guide. the ones using Ludwigs blade. there's like 100 of them.
"Aaaaww now i'm wakin' up... I'll forget everything..."
the delivery of that line puts my sides into orbit
he sounds like a kid who doesn't want to wake up for school
Probably.
You're not exactly the first Hunter.
>tfw poorfag who cant afford psplus constantly so i did the first playthrough of this game kinda gimped
fug man
"Madmen toil surreptitiously in rituals to beckon the moon. Uncover their secrets."
It's so mysterious and creepy, I love it. Lore notes in general are great.
You're not missing out on much, bro. It's actually more gratifying to beat the game fully solo without any help from messages/summons. The game and DLC are perfectly viable without PS+.
>Beasts all over the shop...you'll become one sooner or later
I think playing solo is the best way to play, personally. Summoning is a crutch for shitters and phantoms only purpose is to let you know that some other fag in the area.
"Only an honest death will cure you now."
The ghost players are great though.
They're useless imo
They spook the fuck of out of me.
>ah you were at my side all along
>my true mentor
>my guiding moonlight
EEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAOOOOOOW
I'll never understand people that say English isn't a beautiful language.
I just like Gascoigne's intro dialog
I can't quote the whole thing, I just like how he says "Beasts all over the shop" for some reason
>I don't reckon you're from around here!
>well PFFFFFFT, caught outside on the night of the hunt! Oh you poor, poor thing...
>*insane cackling*
The yharnam citizens are underrated. Their hostility really lightens the mood.
I say Kosm
Tie between
>A hunter is a hunter, even in a dream!
>A hunter must hunt.
and
>Welcome home, good hunter.
The first two because they're reflective of the nature of hunters that exist for a singular purpose.
The last because I'm a huge baby and coming back after exploring spooky areas, facing tough monsters, and discovering horrifying truth, only to hear unconditional welcome and acceptance soothes the nerves.
"Leave the hunting of hunters to me..."
I don't know why but the way she said it makes sound like she's in a class of her own. I really like her character as much as they portray in game.
Aged
Wise
Well seasoned
Knows shit will go down
She was a good female characters without the whole "guurrrrl Powa" shit.
It helps that her voice actress is incredibly talented
Oh ho ho ho ho, MAJESTIC
This game looks like shit on my Sony Bravia. Wtf.
Try cleaning your ps4.
May you find your worth in thw waking world.
I took this line too personally.
This.
"You're in nigh on a beast of the field, but here you are, treading a measure with the gods."
Not even sure why, I just really like this line.
That moment made me shit myself.
Kek
You can't.
...
This holy shit. Best gaming moment of that year hands down. Still gives me chills on replays.
who says that?
>Good hunter, have you seen the thread of light? Just a hair, a fleeting thing. Yet I clung to it, steeped as I was in the stench of blood and beasts...
>I never wanted to know what it really was. Really, I didn't...
>[FUCKING NEIGHING INTENSIFIES]
Wish I could see the actor delivering that line.
Eileen
>Monsters? They look like monster to you?
What did the madman mean by this?
Eileen after she kills you.
Really? when she kills you?
I think that's the only line I don't know
>They look like monster to you?
Isn't that from SH?
...
A HOONTER MUST HOONT
>Of course
>I do love you.
>Isn't that is how you've made me?
Call me a waifufag, but that's my favorite.
N-no...
YOU ARE NOT WANTED HERE
Wear charred set, jack fire def and vit as high as you can, but you're reflexes still need to be good, probably best to just summon.
AWAY AWAY
>AWAY! AWAY!
>FOUL BEAST
>THIS TOWN'S FINISHED
If Sup Forums had its own city, this would be pretty much how the citizens talked
agreed, eileen's character and especially her introduction to the player was very well done.
"Still lingering about? What's wrong? A hunter, unnerved by a few beasts? Heh heh... No matter. Without fear in our hearts, we're little different from the beasts themselves."
>Dear oh dear, what was it? The blood, the hunt, or the horrible dream?
>Oh, it doesn't matter...
>It always comes down to the hunter's helper to clean up after these sorts of messes.
Same here
I love the speech he gives you when you first enter old Yharnam.
".. Which is why I must stop you"
