I don't hate anything except Jewish tactics and vidya is filled with them. If you genuinely cannot see that, then you have more money than sense and deserve to get scammed. It just sickens me that people continue to fall for it, year after year, making AAA games so much more generic in every iteration.
There's only a handful of games worth playing on release, and if you're on PC, you're almost always SOL cause of the butchering they do to the ports. I mean seriously, almost any midrange graphics card should be good enough to play games at the same details as a PS4, but it's almost never the case, you'd have to get an upper midrange card to even get your games looking like it is on console, and then you'd have to get the Good Goy Gaming xXxtreme FTW edition nvidia card to max out your game. I'm a computer architect, and this is ludicrous. Most vidya is ridiculously bloated for the hardware nowadays.
And then there's indie games. For the most part, I can't fault them, but there's only so much randomly generated platforming I can handle before I get sick of it.
Movies and anime are shit, but I think everything is turning to shit. And it's not a case of "muh childhood nostalgia", it's more of a "what the fuck is even going on anymore, literally anything else would be better than what we have now". I heard that AMC will be allowing people to text in theaters and I had to spend the subsequent week getting my drywall fixed and my hand was in a cast for a month. It's all getting too ridiculous for my taste.
