The hunter does ascend to a higher plane of existence and becomes a god himself too but come on now he's just a fucking squid
The Ashen One is strong as fuck too managing to defeat the amalgamation of all those who linked the fire before him but I don't think he can stand up to literal gods, maybe if he usurps the fire he becomes like one but I think it'd be hard to argue for him winning
The Dragonborn knows the tongue of the dragons but regular people can learn it too if they dedicate themselves enough, he does have the ability to forge and enchant great weapons though and posses various powerful daedric / aedric artifacts and is possibly armed with some great knowledge and the ability to bend the will of dragons and all that, problem is though the Arisen can do just that and the Ashen One and the Hunter probably wouldn't have too much trouble fighting one, I guess he could have strength in numbers so it's something to think about
I haven't played MH so I can't make a case for that, now for the real question The doll obviously wins

The Monster Hunter deals with giant monsters with world-ending strength on a bi-weekly basis.
And it's not for any sort of godhood or to save the world, but simply recognition and money to pay for better equipment. Given the right weapons, armor, sack of supplies, weapons/armor for his anthro cat sidekicks, a good hearty meal before battle, and some prior experience (probably from failing the quest several times), a hunter can take on anything.

Evade lancers can dodge space and time itself, there's no arguing when they're involved. But Guard +2 can block godlike ancient dragons like it's no biggie so I wouldn't count out Hunter-kun that fast.
