I was very surprised when I realized they had to make both a Past and a Present version of Stilton's manor and the Dust District.

And it blew my motherfucking mind when I realized on my second playthrough that they actually designed THREE versions - Past, "Bad" Present and "Fixed" Present.

I loved that shit, actually. Like, Jindosh knew the Clockwork Soldiers needed a voice, but he didn't feel like giving them actual voice-acting so he just spent an afternoon recording all those rote lines.
