Dude, a game from 2001, looks clunky as fuck.
I'd rather play SSX on tour for the 1000th time.
I think a lot of people here think people interested in this never touched a snowboarding game before.
There NO niche filled for this on the PC, none, emulating a decade old game will not scratch the itch.
I want a new snowboarding game, on PC, I played the last SSX and loved it, shame it isn't on the PC, but instead of turning your own fallacy into your argument "Hurr old games aren't shit, new =/= good, but old games are all unconditionally good don't mention how clunky and shitty it looks 15 years later."

I'm still a little bit mad. The previous SSX games' controls were so tight, and by messing that up they ruined the whole game

Anyone interested probably played the beta or saw enough from it to decide whether it'll be shit or not.

I was hoping that being able to ride down the mountain would be fun like it was back in SSX 3 but the snowboarding isn't particularly satisfying and the trick system was too simplistic to make up for it.

I didn't have any problems with the controls famalam.

The older SSX games restricted your movement a lot more when charging up jumps. When I tried the reboot everything felt off because it felt like the game no longer did this. I was constantly slipping all over the place when trying to prepare jumps, annoying as fuck
