I am searching for mods, which enhance my gaming experience without changing too much of the gameplay (e.g enhancing the combat system, but not completely changing it).

ASIS, Revenge of the Enemies, Attack Committment (or Mortal Enemies).
The Shitrim uninstall mod and install Witcher 3 mod.
You're going to want to get all of the DLC. Many mods can't work without them.

Yeah, you'll want to invest more into stamina as well. Those stamina regen foods help a lot. You'll have trouble with dragons unless you don't do the whiterun tower quest or just rush through the main quest till you get the dragonrend shout.

Most of the Simple Slavery stuff is retarded "you died and now you're stuck in bondage gear for a fucking week" but RBP is pretty nice. You get sold as slave labor to a work camp and have to mine ore until you can afford to pay your bail. Every once in a while other prisoners will come and try to steal your ore or rape you or whatever, but instead of being a helpless damsel like in most other mods you actually have a reputation system to work with. So if, say, some dudes come to try and rape you there's the option to intimidate or just beat the everloving fuck out of them to raise your infamy. So if you play your cards right you can end up being the one going around steal ore and raping people.
Also, Soulgem Oven is pretty fuckin' baller. Whenever you get pregnant you gestate a soul gem. You can even push empty soul gems up your clown hole and fill them with the souls of your unborn fetuses.
LL went to shit after they gave the loli pervs the boot and the mods went full retard. They haven't released a stable sexlab mod in years because all the people they relied on for coding went to ATF.
Defeat does work (more or less), but aside from that if you decide to use any more then that you're rolling the dice.
