Just a heads up.

That was the first game I bought there.

There are already plenty of other sites that give it out for free.

List them.

I've got 30 games in my gog library. I didn't pay for a single one. Feels good.

Delete this.

he's going to be edgy and say on of the pirate sites

Do you have still life 2? Have you finished it?

Thanks bro

Still the best RPG style porn game ever.

enlighten me

guess I might as well grab it then, I still have my legit copy but it's it's ancient cd-rom with keys and shit and I rather not have to bother using those, I'd sooner pirate.

It is a mod for Neverwinter Nights that is a full long campaign where you play as a Rogue and it has lots of porn, but is also a good game with an involved story.

A dance with rogues. Greatest story ever told by a woman.

A dance with rogues

>Do you have still life 2
Ye.

>Have you finished it?

Didn't even download it.

I need to go get copies of all my favorite modules from the Neverwinter Vault before they're lost forever at some point.

It's at a discount, but it's not free. What the fuck is the point of this thread? NWN is nothing expensive or, really, at all important. It's a very mediocre forgettable crpg that wasn't impressive when it came out, let alone now.

I'd say it's pretty much dungeons and dragons for lonely people.

List them.

Buy yourself a pair of glasses retard.

100% discount. Unless you're a dumb that looked at NWN2 instead.

>It's a very mediocre forgettable crpg that wasn't impressive when it came out, let alone now
Neverwinter Nights (NWN) was conceived in 1997 as the ultimate pen-and-paper role-playing game simulation. BioWare's goal with the project was to try to capture the subtleties of a pen-and-paper role-playing session in a computer game, including a fully featured Dungeon Master with full control over the game world as it unfolds, and an extremely approachable toolset to allow nontechnical users to make basic content.

Honor Amoung Thieves
Elegia Eternum series
A Halo of Fire series
In The Company of Thieves
Swordflight Series

Ah, it actually is. Sorry. But it's a fair mistake. FIrst, it says it's at a 60% discount on the front page (it's actually 100% on the game's page). Second, your mothers are sucking my cock and balls and I'm a bit distracted. Sorry for misinforming the thread, though.

They captured fuck-all.

>They captured fuck-all
Yeah, that why people are playing it to this day.

Sorry your computer's screwed up. I do hope my mother is having fun though, treat her well.

Thanks, OP
I can finally retire my Gold edition

Some people play all sorts of stupid shit to this day, and don't pretend playing NWN is something even remotely widespread, even adjusted to how niche it is. The thing is neither a good video game nor a good digital pnp tabletop and it never succeeded as either, not even temporarily.

what a fucking pleb

*Halo of Flies

rather. Bah.

I GM real pnp with real gaming groups. You're the pleb, son.

Wizards and Rogues are the best.

Different user here. Where do you find it falls short? I haven't played it myself and am curious.

Does this include the expacs as well?

...

lol no rogues are weak as shit

As a video game, it's a really forgettable crpg with an irrelevant, cookie-cutter official campaign. Community-made modules are, of course, of appropriate quality, even though somehave inventive ideas--they're all mod-grade fanworks.

Another selling point of the game is that it's supposed to work kinda like a modern virtual desktop for rpgs--there even is a GM mode where another player online controls the monsters, can spawn them etc. But imagine that in a video game system that's basically Baldur's Gate. It's buggy as fuck, it's weird, it requires literally days or weeks of preparation for a single module (building locations, scripting npcs, writing fucking dialogue trees--basically creating full games), and it's still infinitely limited compared to a real game of D&D et al.

This is why I say that it failed both as a game and as a virtual desktop. In hindsight, we know that it shouldn't ahve tried to offer a Baldur's Gate experience alongside a real D&D experience. It should either have been a real computer video game, or a real virtual desktop with miniatures (perhaps animated and voiced), dice etc etc.

And, for a Baldur's Gate successor, NWN was relatively obscure. On release it was basically ridiculed and soon forgotten. NWN2 passed by with less fnafare than Dragon Age 2. People ITT are the only ones who even remember the game these days.

I played this quite a few years ago, never finished it.

Would this be good to play thru with a couple fo friends?

Rogues are fun. especially in the good rogue modules.

yes. I get around with a friend and we usually play it atleast once a year, its very fun.

Please suck my cock.

There were a lot of really great fanmodules.

The thing that kept NWN really going was all of the online worlds people made- mini survival MMOs, story-based roleplaying servers with DM interaction and overarching storylines, etc.

It was sperg-tier shit but pretty cool.

Neat. Should I look into any mods for this?

I seem to remember there being a race/class pack, would that be worth it?

god I can feel the grease off of your overweight fingers just from the way you type

nobody cares about your displeasure over a game that happened over a decade ago, get over yourself dweeb

>It's buggy as fuck, it's weird, it requires literally days or weeks of preparation for a single module (building locations, scripting npcs, writing fucking dialogue trees--basically creating full games), and it's still infinitely limited compared to a real game of D&D et al.
It's still far easier to make a module for NWN than it is to make content for a lot of other games, especially now that there are tools like the script generator.

Just go online and look for a user-created campaign that interests you and your friend.

gog.com/news/the_amazing_world_of_neverwinter_nights_mods

Look at my post and then yours and see whose fingers are clearly greasier.

Yes, but much harder AND to a much lesser gain than simply playing a real fucking tabletop rpg.

>I seem to remember there being a race/class pack, would that be worth it?
From what I've heard, it's pretty cumbersome and not really worth it, and since modules have to be specifically designed to use it, you can't just throw it in and easily play the normal game with new content.

>shifter
>top anything

Rogues are ONLY fun in good rogue modules. NWN1 as a whole hates rogues.

>bosses immune to sneak attacks
>nothing worthwhile to steal
You're basically a gimped fighter.

rogues are garbage

>tfw a rogue near me tries to open a single locked door when I just wave my hand and unlock all the doors in the entire area

>no A Dance With Rogues

What the fuck is this? Who made this list? Why would you leave out one of the best modules?

Okay, thanks friends.

Use magic item makes you very very versatile.

Vanilla modules are shit no matter what class you play as.

>I GM real pnp with real gaming groups.
>You're the pleb, son.
Top fucking kek

The world is still afraid of sex, user.

>They recommend The Bastard of Kosigan
Good luck getting your saves to load in the second module.

Either this is bait or you are literally clueless about shifters

they probably didn't want to directly refer to X-rated mods.

I forgot about that Rose mod. That was like a jRPG in a wRPG's skin.

Add Demonhear to that. It is pretty great series, albeit a bit... femine? But still, it had so much potential.

I don't blame Lamb for changing the NWN for her own series, because who would seriously play the NWN anymore, except few people.

because its not PG-13 like the game?

Yeah, which is why I only ever played rogues in rogue-centric or rogue-friendly modules.

Like nearly everything in NWN proper is immune to crits or sneak attack.

In non-shit fan modules however I can take my duel kukri wielding rogue and fucking butcher people.

Please kill yourself

Femine?

>no Tales of Arterra
Absolutely philistine taste

Or it to recognise your choices.
I'll remember how I fixed it one day, I swear

so edgy

No one is forcing you to download and play the module. It deserves to be mentioned if it's good. Agendas like that should be exposed for everyone to see and belittled.

>Doesn't even work on Windows 10

I forgot to put my computer on sleep mode and windows automatically update to 10

You play as a girl who is friend to local witch. She sold herself to demon guy for power, but she get cucked and instead give birth to the demonspawn, mix between demon and the human.

You get into the entire thing by getting drugged by her, feed the demon heart which get you fucking immortality as long as your heart is intact and regeneration. In the meantime she gets killed during birth and since you was last one who saw her, they figured out you have killed her.

You get beheaded. And this is where shit start to get real. And this is fucking prologue movie to the mod.

(Yeah, femine. Written also by women, albeit it is pretty good on decisions, have much less sex then ADWR, better dialogues and such. It is great)

So what are some good persistent servers? Still living ones, I mean.

>tfw runs fine on linux, natively
not that I tried the gog version

It doesn't include the infinite dungeons module but everything else?

while I do agree with you, GoG is a business. they dont want the risk of a shitstorm that advertising an adult content mod for a PG-13 game will bring.

>r-r-rouge is good if you just make everything super easy and shit
No rogue is fucking garbage and your duel kukri shit would literally do nothing to a druid.

yourserverlist.com/index.php?juego=nwn1&tipopart=&ord=players

The most active period of time is European night/Merica evening.

>DRM-Free
But I already play DRM free games on Steam.

What makes the GoG client so special?

NOBODY GIVES A SHIT ABOUT YOUR FUCKING PVP POWERLEVEL YOU FUCKING AUTIST
Fucking top yourself and stop trying to bait people who are clearly not talking about pure pvp. Or at least start posting with a trip so I can filter your bullshit.

that depends on your idea of living servers, though. even in its heyday you would never find hundreds of players on persistent worlds simply because that's not how they work. you have to become a part of a small community.

You don't even need the GOG client, man. Just download it from their site.

There are no game based on D&D where Rangers are not utter shit.
Sadness.

Rangers were garbage in 3.0 in general.

everyone one should play this just to experience HOTU and what a real expansion was and not the shitty dlc garbage of today

Also, in 2nd, 3.5 and 5e.
In 4th they are mediocre at best. But who cares, 4th is shit anyways.

What? What makes you think this?

if I just wanted to tear through all the expansions what's the most broken build I should go with?

There's something very appealing about graphic in this game despite its age.

You are so fucking dumb. You can roll back to 7 from the god damn control panel, with one button, provided you didn't delete the window.old folder.

Oh, feminine.

Also, I don't think that's what cucked means.

But thank you for the explanation.

Because they're hybrids and not of OP variety like Druids or Clerics. They also depend heavily on WHERE the game is set, though. Having a Ranger in the wild can be pretty great if no one else knows how to track or do shit, but games never account for that.

>What makes the GoG client so special?

its special because you don't even need it to play games. galaxy is for the people who actually want cdpr to turn what was a nice simple downloader/updater into another god damn steam clone.

He's trying to troll you.

>Gets BTFO after saying something retarded
>O-Oh y-yea w-well i d-d-dont c-care >:'(

Pure sorc probably.
