I think the game awards showed their 'bromance' is entirely one sided.
Geoff went on this extended sob story about how wonderful Kojima is, how much Konami fucked him and took everything he had.
Then Kojima comes onto the stage and is like "Haha no they didn't actually do that" said thanks and walked off.
Geoff even said how multiple times Kojima refused the industry icon award. I think Geoff is just an ultra fanboy and Kojima doesn't give a fuck about him
