>Get game from g2a for $20 with credit card >steam gift > oh boy >activate it, use link and sign into steam account >receive gift > accept it >restart steam >no game >no g2a shield >shit out of luck
Any anons here use g2a ever to buy vidya?
What is your opinion of it?
Kayden James
>steam gift >no shield
I know you can get fucked with codes occasionally but I only get codes and pay the extra for Shield. So far it's worked without issue
Joseph Powell
I'd rather waste my money on the New York Times.
Colton Price
never had a problem with a game working
they have shit support though once you do run into a problem, it's just a bunch of Indians that can't do anything to solve your problem and you end up waiting a year for them to mark your problem as solved without ever really solving it
Gavin Barnes
used them for over 50 games now. never bought shield (except once by mistake) and never had a problem. The thing is to inspect the key seller ratings before purchasing.
Anthony Lee
Only buy keys kiddo.
Easton Brooks
I turn shield off every time and have purchased 5+ games. None of them have been duds. That's the risk, though. I'm sorry it happened to you, user.
Evan Myers
oh look another fud thread about g2a
Angel Howard
Retard. >Only buy keys. >Never EVER get the shield anyways. It's worthless. >Don't ever buy gifts. >Use Paypal.
Zachary Wilson
publishers can revoke game licenses on digital platforms
Julian Myers
the game was facrcry primal so im not surprised if that's the case.
Adrian Williams
Just wait for a crack if one ever comes out or play a good game instead.
Bentley Howard
>buying steam gifts from third parties It's actually possible to get your account banned permanently for doing this. Stick to buying keys.
Ayden Nguyen
>buying from russian scam sites Fucking stupid. You may as well just fucking pirate at that point.
David Perez
G2A keys are largely obtained with stolen CC's. It's dangerous to buy from and unethical to boot. Also devs end up paying a fee for the chargebacks when the card is reported stolen.
Cooper Richardson
You don't need g2a shield to contest a purchase. It's on the website somewhere, gives ten days for the buyer to respond and if he doesn't you get your money back and the buyer gets banned or something.
William Carter
I've bought games on g2a like 5 times and haven't had a problem though I know its shady as fuck
Joseph Jenkins
Bought some games, my only problem for this shit is that they randomly block your account for whatever reason and theres no need to have it back, you need to create another.
Sebastian Harris
>It's dangerous to buy from and unethical to boot. Do you honestly think anyone who purchases stuff from grey markets really cares?
It's amusing to see people come into G2A threads and try to remind others how unethical the platform is. No one really gives a shit and your attempts at persuasion are pointless.
Connor Reyes
This Anyone buying shield and not using paypal is a certified retard.
I had problems 3 times with g2a and i purchased a lot of shit there and paypal refunded me everytime.
Brayden Evans
>As a consumer you should care about the multimillionare companies and also pay more for games even when you can get them a lot cheaper
Supply and demand plus common sense you faggot
Gavin Brooks
never been an issue. I've bought several games at this point. The idea is that if you get screwed, it's only for like $5.
Dylan Bailey
>G2A keys are largely obtained with stolen CC's False rumors, their means are legit, the illegal part comes later, they are not supposed to sell the keys but they do it. >It's dangerous to buy from You need to have literal autism for it to be dangerous. You deserve what you get if you use shit like your real name or main steam account. >unethical >Also devs end up paying a fee for the chargebacks Nigger where do you think you are, no one gives a fuck. Also, use your brain, devs dont even know who they give keys to, its a really big ass business.
Logan Thompson
Anyone who bought windows on g2a?
Nolan Butler
>buying windows >ever Its like you hate to have money.
Henry Green
>and unethical to boot.
>he has a moral compass for video games >but he doesn't for iphones which are made in factories where people have killed themselves, clothing made by central american slave labor, and shoes made by southeast asian slave labor >he doesn't care that things like display panels and computer memory have been price fixed for literally decades >he doesn't care that the vegetables he eats every day were picked by migrants who are paid dollars a day >but he draws the line at video games
Andrew Ward
yeah, hasn't been revoked
Ryan Rogers
>Buying from G2A
You got what you deserved OP
Don't be a faggot trying to convince yourself you're somehow higher than everyone else and just pirate the thing
Ian Cox
If you live in EU territory you are entitled to their shield without getting charged extra for it.
Never ever pay for the shield. If something goes wrong demand that they fix it as its required via EU law.
Isaac Lopez
>he doesn't care that the vegetables he eats every day were picked by migrants who are paid dollars a day
But that's a fairly ethical system in all honesty
t. someone who's worked for years with farmers and said migrants
Dylan Parker
Fuck off to facebook or reddit or whatever shithole you came from.
Blake Morales
I knew using the t. shit some people do here ironically would piss someone off
Mason Bennett
>But that's a fairly ethical system in all honesty
so is exploiting a global economy to your advantage, the companies that you buy day to day good from do it, so why can't you? the only people who make a stink about sites like g2a are gamedeals crusaders or people who fell for gamedeals crusaders fud and post shit like you're supporting human trafficking.
the computers, playstations, xboxes, tvs, monitors, etc. we all play video games on were made by companies exploiting labor laws. you should absolutely not feel bad about getting cheap video games.
