the thing I liked about this game is that it may have been one of the very few in gaming that directly applied a cure towards blue balls
near the end of ACII, there was a small, linear section taking place in Rome and it made me want to explore the city, but in typical AC-fashion, it ended abruptly. But then Brotherhood came out and basically gave me exactly what I wanted
...
But thats where it went wrong.
>shitty story
>shitty pacing
>shitty missions
>shitty collectibles
>shitty everything
Only good thing about this was the updated engine
>Not Rogue
Absolute trash opinion
I mean dmc4 was pretty alright gameplay wise, but the story and villains were a bit more weeaboo retarded than I wanted them.
DmC was like a Michael Bay movie - it's entertaining while you watch it, but once it's over you kinda realize it was shit all along.
Rogue was great
Was brotherhood the one with the "kill this guy then dissappear" button?
More like Black flag, dude.
Yes
>unironically loving this recycled garbage
sub-human garbage scum
Pic related, only game i actually enjoyed in AC
...
dead game on a dead system in an overtaxed part of the Altair line. Try harder
ok
4 was great dude
Gears of war 3 and god of war 3
Sad but true.
>So ass blasted your main argument is the system is came out on
You mean Rogue. Also, Brotherhood wasn't that great
This. How come Unity and Syndicate were so different? They took away all the fun parts of previous games and added a bunch of needless shit
But Revelations was better.
>less amount of shitty modern day story
>more interesting city
>more gadgets and doodads
>better story
>most bearded
...
Came out while the system was dead.
I can accept this.
>FFX
>good
If you liked X you must have really liked XIII since it's pretty much the same game.
>He hasnt played Gears 4 but decided that because judgeshit was bad 4 myst be too
More like most overrated game in a series.
face it. if Final Fantasy X had no voice acting, you would be all over that shit.
...
...
Huge chunks of FFX has no voice acting and it's still boring as hell.
shit
good game
...
SR3 was better.
and why would you say that user?
I'm legitimately curious
it's not though. you probably forgot because of how old the game is.
That's Brotherhood.
Literally what, the story and characters in FFX are light years ahead of XIII
Because it was vastly better gameplay and the PC port is atrocious, even with mods.
Don't get me wrong the story and writing in 2 is heaps better, but the actual gameplay is way better in 3, and and the end of the day that's where it matters for me.
I played through 1-4 like 6 months ago. The one I enjoyed the most was 3.
That's like saying Black Ops 2 is light years ahead of Black Ops 1. It's still pure shit.
Unity was a product of excessive market questioning. All the features that were most requested on surveys(literally, I took part in a bunch) were slammed into Unity. Ultimately, things like more NPCs and indoor sections killed game performance. The engine also needed sever reworking to accommodate the new stuff. Ubisoft and people were throwing around a 4 year dev cycle since the game was teased since 2010 and work was being done to a certain extent, however a linked search says the creative director only came on in the last 2 years. After the kotaku leak and subsequent teaser, it should have been apparent the game's lighting system wasn't even in full place yet less than year before release.
Syndicate was made by small and now expanding team at Ubi Quebec. They had to follow the lead of Unity, since they lacked the authority and ability to make changes.
Next AC changes once again with basically everything being dropped. Basically a reboot has been in production since late 2013
>shitty story
Maybe? But Cesare was a GOAT villain.
>shitty pacing
Wrong.
>shitty missions
Wrong. Chasing guys on horseback and the Colosseum assassination were great.
>shitty collectibles
True.
Sh4 was pretty boring, the monsters sucks... the final boss is a fag and to be honest i hate the part when i have to protect eileen because the final of the game depends of that.
I don't know about that. Brother hood actually kinda fun to play.
Black Flag is a supposed "it's a pirate game, it's barely even Ass Creed" that is 100% an ass creed game, only this time it has some very shallow pirating mechanics that gets samey after 30 minutes on top of some of the worst missions in the history of the series.
Assassins Creed is the only series where I'm offended by what they did with its story and character. Killed an interesting subplot with the relics of eden and made everyone and their mothers assassins where anybody can parkour easily.
yeah but Steelport was absolute garbage compared to Stilwater. So much that not even the gameplay could make it a better game or SR2
I have a feeling infinite warfare was good but I'm done with the series.
Eh. I thought they were about equal.
Well that's not right at all.
...
>basically just AC2 but in ONE city and half the map is empty countryside
no thanks
I pity you if you think that. Because they objectively weren't. Steelport is literally the worst city ever created in an open world game
You must be broke arm bro. This game is lot AF.
I have played ever single Final Fantasy, and FFXV is a big contender for my favourite of all time.
I disagree.
I got gears 4 day 1
I havent played 6 yet but so far this is the last good Civ game.
...
...
...
Yeah, nah.
...
fight me

CoD has been the same since always, you were just young when Wolrd at War came out.
Thats why you see people having nostalgia over Modern Warfare when really it was just as generic as the new ones.
You're right user. Let us be brothers in arms.
This. MW is the magnum opus of generic multiplayer shooters. It the mold of twitch shooter future and past. I have a friend who unironically believes soldier front 2 is the best game ever and he couldn't explain it past "you don't understand"
