I think Ape Escape is getting something new, but Sony will make it more clear on the show floor. I head something about a survey PlayStation fans can take to tell Sony what game from the PS1/PS2 era they would like to see remade/get a new game.

I only heard about Crash (announced at E3), Parappa (rumoured) and Ape Escape. Nothing else so far. Sony are wanting to test waters with their old franchises by remaking them from the ground up, and possibly making a new game out of the ones that sell the most.
I remember hearing that Sushi Yoshi was interested on a VR Jumping Flash but that was an article from Polygay and Destructoid, so i don't know.
