Because Guerrila Games are a less than mediocre developer that have put out nothing but graphical showcase first person shooters. Difficult to get hyped for a game whose developer has a bad track record.

I think it looks pretty neat, but the combat hasn't really been shown fully fleshed out or if what we have seen is it, the game will get more boring than Ubisoft open world games.
