user, I...
Probably. Someone did that to me. I got it back and changed the password, but my security question is Russian and something like "mothers maiden name" so I can't change shit back. My solution has basically been to never use Origin again.
call the cyberpolice idiot
Dungeon Keeper was once given for free on Origin.
For the people stupid enough to agree to their terms of service, they do occasionally add free games.
Noob here, how do I do that?
Just call Origin support and they'll clear it out. Someone hacked my own account and changed the security question to something in Russian, and support had it worked out in like 20 minutes on the phone.
Origin Support is legit. It blows Steam Support right out of the water. Damn shame EA is shit in every other category.
Burn your computer son, never look back.
Trust me on this one user.
i'm very shy, any other options besides calling them? i've looked a bit and can't find much. Do you have a link?
Jokes on the Russian, that computer WAS burned 9 months ago. I didn't even have anything in my account because literally the only thing I had used it for before the BF1 beta was a BF3 game I bought at Target.

Just go through there, user. I think you might be able to do a livechat instead?
