I want to buy a PS4 Pro just so i can play this game

i want to buy a PS4 Pro just so i can play this game
sigh, wish it was just on PC

Me too.

same, although the games I want to play on it are growing it might be worth it in 2017 but that doesnt make it any less expensive :(

>i want to buy a PS4 Pro just so i can play this game

Okay, just do it then as opposed to whining on imageboards.

>implying he has the money
he'd literally be paying ~460 US dollars for one game

Tfw PC and PS4 owner

Soon OP, i believe.

Cant you play it on the regular ps4? Can anyone explain why I would pay 2x cuckbucks for a ps4 pro instead of a slim? Is there pro exclusive games?

no but the pro runs shit better the pro is a simply a hardware upgrade allowing for 4k and 60 fps at 1080

the no was to the pro exclusive games question, YES you can play it on reg ps4 but with lower perfomance.

On regular PS4
>dynamic resolution and locked 60fps
>1080 and locked 30fps

On PS4 pro
>1080 and 60fps
>1080 and 30fps (down sampled 4k for better anti aliasing)
>4k and 30fps

>tfw PS4, Xbone and PC owner

Why have I done this

If the developers want it too. They can also make you pay for patches. Better to wait till they fix the Pro issues aka it melts and it runs PS4 games worse than a regular PS4.

When they do fix it, i'm going to trade my PS4 slim in for a Pro

Why do console players keep making threads like this?
Don't you have games to play instead?

...

good plan but what would you suggest for a person without a ps4 but a reg one?

*BUY a reg one...

i'd say sell your regular one when the time comes and get a pro. Maybe once christmas nears, it'll become a little cheaper.

Hardly any reason as to why you would own an xbone when you have a PC. Most of the games end up on PC

protip: just be idort and stop being a passive aggressive cuck who whines all night on an anonymous child porn image board

Depends on deals your local stores are running. You can get a slim for a pretty reasonable price now, or even an original model, since they're out of print now and stores are trying to get rid of them all. Given Christmas is right around the corner, you could find one pretty cheap.

Witcher 3 is on PC though...

oh, typo, anyway, buy a regular one i'd say if u can't wait then sell it. If u can wait, then wait.

Reminds me of this.

I like it thematically, but it's a little bit ugly and the gameplay in the alpha was actually crap. Hopefully there's a demo for the full game. It had potential. Like I could see Nioh 2 being really great, or even this one with some major improvements.

>the gameplay in the alpha was actually crap
Would you like to elaborate because it was fantastic and anything but crap, and was on track to be truly incredible if they had only stayed the course instead of listening to selfish whiners who didn't actually try to learn how to play the game and demanded everything dumbed down.

It was stiff, it really didn't feel nice. Coupled with the frequently grouped/ambush enemy placement it was just a bit of a slog. Plus its got the Souls problem of having to take you time tracking back through a dozen mobs when you die. Like checkpoints are not a bad thing. Certainly not before a "boss".

>it was stiff
Hardly, everything happened immediately when you pressed it, and movement was very smooth, especially compared to Souls since you bring it up, there was no delay or queuing whatsoever and the framerate was far better even then.
Ambushes were all able to be spotted before you get into them and there's several methods of dealing with them using the tools you had. Enemy traps you have to actively deal with isn't a bad thing, and that "Souls problem" is not a problem at all, there's already several checkpoints and shortcuts in the levels, if you die you should have to go through them to prove it wasn't a fluke and that you're capable of it. Every boss had a short path to it you could open as well. It sounds like you didn't spend much time with it, to say it wasn't for you is fine, but saying it's crap with little experience leads to an inaccurate view on the game.
