High Lord Wolnir is both far more intimidating and way easier than Gaping Dragon.
Also the Ceadeus from Monster Hunter has that quality down in spades.

But yeah, Nah, Souls game bosses have always been kinda pushovers. I see Souls as a total entry tier action game in comparison witb games like Ninja Gaiden or DmC series.

Damage-wise though, for his size and available summons, the Gaping Dragon does fuck-all

His forward charge is the most damaging but it's telegraphed to hell and back

But the whole point of that game is it's not heaven or hell that are the problem, it's the neutral gods. And it takes you a while to truly realise this.
So the hell dude is weak. He's not the last boss or the main story boss either. He's just a boss.
