I haven't played the "online" stuff yet but I haven't seen anyone mention co-op.

That isn't character customization. The only thing that can actually be changed about the character is the decals that they wear, everything else is preset. Even the builds are preset.

Man, this game has very unique style and atmosphere, for a free to play game. Maybe I don't play a lot of free to play games, I don't know, but this seems cool. Spent a few hours with it and it feels like a nice game when you want to 'relax' with a rogue-like.

The paid stuff (other than the extra bag slots) isn't in your face so far, which is also good.

After you kill the first boss you unlock Tokyo Death Metro and that lets you set up your base, upgrade gold and exp banks and invade other players homebases. When you invade and kill their characters there is a chance it will let you steal one of them. Just walk over the corpse and the X prompt to kidnap will pop up. Carry him back to the exit.
