I work for the mafia
put meat on shelf for minimum wage
In college. Have job. Graduating next week.

I went to college for a meme degree. Let me tell you, don't do that. If you're not entirely sure what you want to do for a living, or you don't believe you'll be qualified, then go to a community college and learn a trade. You'll be far better off than I am now.
I know you'll ignore this. I heard this exact same piece of advice from someone on an irc server I visited to learn the basics when I applied to be a janitor years ago. I'm hoping someone will be smarter than we were. Please don't waste your time and money.
I work at nintendo with my dad
How does it feel being a pathetic parasite?
Used to be a trust fund baby, I wasted it all on drugs and video games. Now I live with my parents waiting for money from the government.
I'm a postman.
I'm disabled so you can't judge me. Working is too hard with my conditions.
What degree?
Press a button every 30 minutes and spend the rest of the time shitposting and making way too much money for it
Neet bux and college grants.
I live better and enjoy life more than 90% of the assholes I went to high school with.
Feels glorious.
video game designer
Going for a bachelors in accounting ; of all the maymay degrees, this one seems to have the most utility and future options.
Worse, if you can believe that.
Just don't do it. If you want to go to grad school, don't fuck around. Do NOT buy into the "C's get degrees" crap. Otherwise you'll be in my position. A NEET overqualified for everything except the few jobs he's overqualified for.
I cook dinner and clean the house.
I'm like a house wife
Crane operator.
Went to school to learn how to teach English. Graduated. Taught for three years while bartending right after work. Hated it. Did truck dispatching for a year--liked the business, hated my boss. Back to bartending, but now I'm at a pretty decent joint making good money. Work my ass off, but good money.
But, why?
Math, right?
Come on, don't be a faggot and tell us.
You both do realize that your parents won't give a fuck if you died? You are literally worthless like a real parasite.
Underqualified for, I meant. Point being, life is shit. I'm looking for wagecuck jobs that I could've gotten straight out of or during high school and my bachelor's is working against me. Life is hell.
I've been trying to get into the pharmacy at Walgreens. Still just a cashier "csr"
JAPANESE BIRD COOKING SPAGHETTI
Inheritance.
Enjoy your 9-5 though.
I'm going to college right now, parents pay for anything I want as long as I keep attending my classes. They have some sort of hope in me but I have finals this week and I've been shitposting instead of preparing.
If their parents don't give a fuck, why do you?
Unemployed since July, but worked for Johns Manville in their R&D labs. Only now getting to the point where I need another job, but goddamn is it hard to find a good position these days.
28 year old ugly NEET poorfag kissless virgin
Because I was in the same position few years ago.
Accounting is a maymay degree?
Oh god, I graduate next week, what have i done
Exercise science
I wanted to help discover the secret to reestablishing neural innervation. I wanted to spike that discovery to my brother who dreamed ever since I was too young to remember of building Luke Skywalker prosthetics. I wanted to make a difference.
I was an idiot. Settle into a poinless niche where you still can before machinery makes your position obsolete. Don't buy into your dreams. Get a safe, pointless job and pass the buck onto your children. Believe me, it won't pay off.
It seems like most business degrees, sans marketing, are solid choices.
I fucked up and chose English, but managed to sign on with my local 1414. Hopefully I'll get enough hours to quit my other job in the next year and just work full time at the port.
Is it possible to survive on NEET bux if you're not living with your parents?
This user speaks the truth. I did a degree in chemical engineering and there are no job prospects. retail or food service jobs are even better than chem eng jobs due to the oil prices. I'm working with a bunch if high school dropouts I knew who are now the managers. Yipee.
I assumed that degree led to being a physical therapist/trainer for famous atheletes
hey, at least you didn't do Sports and Leisure Studies like my roommate did
I've been a NEET the last 6 months or so, I'm trying to get help with my depression so I can finish college. I've been feeling better, I almost don't think about suicide anymore and I hope I can get back into college in march.
Me too man, only difference in our story is where I used to work. I was assistant radiator guy at a ac/radiator shop
Jobs around the house
Not him, but Chemistry here, in basically the same situation. Got a low 3.0 GPA, cant get into grad school because all the faggots in my same situation, cant get into a real job because no real experience.
Yeah, good fucking luck getting into PT school nowadays. That was my backup plan, and I was told that I might as well fuck off because it's harder to get into than med school these days.
Christ, at least then I could've "taught" conditioning classes in high schools and gotten a supplemental football coaching income. Right now I have jack shit.
Stick to it user, fuck wageslave positions, go for something awesome.
who /fuckeduptoohardtogetadecentcareer/ here
the best meme degree is still computer science but accounting isn't a bad choice
draw porn for steam friends
Shitty little cashier/watch fixing job until I get into college
He would've needed to go for his teaching cert. Good luck trying to nab that in PA--kid was retarded and didn't have the GPA for it.
Accounting is is one of those degrees where if you can find a job, it's going to be good, but it's hard to just find one because the job market is so saturated and the degree is so focused into one specific field.
What do you do for the Mafia?
Wage slave at robotics company
It's ok I guess
You going to intern for one of the Big 4, going right into the field or going for your MBA?
In my state you need 50 credit hours towards a Masters degree to even sit in for your CPA exam.
i'm a cam whore
>got into chemistry outta high school
>afraid to switch off because 'you won't graduate in 4 years if you do
>dropped out
>I was HS class of 07, first bachelors next week
why.
oh better
>go back to school I failed chem to do business
>already did a nondegree semester of business there, gpa 3.4
>'Your total gpa including all your chem stuff is way too low for school of business, and you can't retake 3 years of classes to fix it because that's retarded and impossible, so no we're not accepting you here try somewhere else
>nowhere else would take me either
how did I go so wrong
Fixing sweet old ladies furnace and ac
I'm worried guys, what degree do you guys reccomend? I'm just doing my basics right now!
if I never see that fucking smiley face again i would be so happy
prove it
>tfw EE
Hold me
You did do internships and netwroking, right?
as it turns out the type of people to post awesome face in 2016 aren't the sharpest
Thanks man, I'm trying to find something but it's all just 9 to 5 wage slaving. Plus I have no car so add like an hour or 2 of public transportation. Hope things look better for u
I graduated in 2009 with a meme degree that has never produced a job but keeps me under a mountain of debt. I currently work technical support making decent money but because of student loans I don't get to live very well. Small apartment, old car, cheap food and low cost entertainment. Thank god I have good benefits or else a dentist appointment would bankrupt me.
Uh neither, I just wanna be an accountant at some company. I'm not I HAVE TO WORK AT EY or PC&B nut. Is that worse?
My advice is fucking don't. Go learn to weld, or install plumbing, or literally anything else. You won't retire as one of the richest in the US, but you'll have something to show for it.
>'Your total gpa including all your chem stuff is way too low for school of business, and you can't retake 3 years of classes to fix it because that's retarded and impossible, so no we're not accepting you here try somewhere else

Suggest to me a trade or something with a low chance of injury or death
The first images in my folder are the oldest, I couldn't be assed to actually post something related.
agreed. supply and demand dictates that blue collar is in, and the pay is fantastic. do a trade that sounds interesting to you.
Started uni when I was way too green and stupid, had to drop out because I hadn't understood anything at all and years later I am still living at my mom's expense.
In the Last two years I went to 6 job interviews or so, and I failed them all, I don't know if I'll ever stop being a fearful and shy person.
And here I am wondering what I will do next year, my parents already noped me, they won't pay my studies.
I own homebrewed 3ds, vita, psp and xbox 360, those are my vidya machines.
Careerfag in the medical field. Have a master's degree. No student debt (thanks upper-middle-class parents and scholarships), no children (that I know of) and only debt being the car payment on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Times are good, game purchases are plenty.
teach kindergarten
>I couldn't be assed
the image was redundant
WORST GENERATION
HAHAHAHAH
Scholarship while studying, living with mom and stepdad, and a little bit of wagecuckery until I get a relevant job.
Vet tech. it pays alright i guess. i still live with my parents and help around the house so they dont mind me staying around.
i wanna move out soon though
We can't tell you that, senpai.
You need to find a balance or something you enjoy in addition to actually being able to find a job.
I majored in accounting since we can do a lot of what finance goons can do but they can't do a lot of what we do.
It's a solid profession since every business large and small needs someone to do the books; you rarely meet someone with an accounting degree that doesn't have some a decent job.
I've always wanted to be a doctor. I'm terrible at math and med school requires physics and calculus.
Should I just develop shitty indie games and/or flip burgers?
Hey buddy, wanna share some cash?
>Be wagecuck for 6 years
>Live nomadic programmer life making good bux being stolen by California prices
>See pajeets and changs opening small businesses in my hometown
>Decide to put money into my own
>Have life again, work slightly less hours
>Actually spending my money on things other than taxes for wallhoppers to enjoy
Never looked back. Drop out of school, get a business loan, and open a Dairy Queen or something.
>live with best friend
>he has a dog
>have a girl roommate who is never here
>we watch movies and sometimes get gay with each other
it's kinda like mission hill
>BioE with low 3.X GPA
I'm fucked aren't I
Butcher in training. Make decent money right now for a job that doesn't require a degree. Work with a good group as well, so that helps.
Pick a game on Steam and I'll gift it to you within reason, homie.
Most of my cash is going towards buying a home but 'tis the season and all.
I have cripplingly bad depression, therapy and drugs aren't really helping, and I had to drop out of this semester of college because I just can't deal with it and the depression at the same time
Can I apply for neetbux for depression and anxiety disorders?
>dropping out of school
>getting a business loan on top of college debt
Not anyone your advice would apply to, but that sounds like suicide
How many fingers do you have?
>I majored in accounting since we can do a lot of what finance goons can do but they can't do a lot of what we do.
>It's a solid profession since every business large and small needs someone to do the books; you rarely meet someone with an accounting degree that doesn't have some a decent job.
Whew, I feel better
>parents complain that I didn't apply to a good high school
>everyone I know who went to a private high school is working retail or ended up with kids
>parents complain that I didn't immediately go to college
>everyone I know is buried under student debt
>don't have money to attend school for a significant amount of time
>can't get an entry level job due to "NEEDS EXPERIENCE" and somehow being overqualified for others despite having no standout skills
Business or computer science will still get you a decent job and if you're really social and outgoing you can go places with those degrees. You can always go for a science degree if you're smart and driven. Ultimately you should pick something you think you'll enjoy doing, at least for a while.
If you want a solid and stable job right now, go out and pick up a trade. A friend of mine is a welder for one of the local unions and rakes in 80k a year., though he had to put up with a lot of union bullshit to get that far.
Na man, I did what you did; I found a small business who needed someone to do their books, got plenty of hands on experience and started getting the accounts of other small businesses like a 3 store chain of dry cleaners.
Good money, easy work and 20 hours a week at the most.
I could get my MBA or even start my own small accounting/consulting firm later on if I want.
>neet for 4 years
>land decent job by blind luck
>learn company, get several promotions
>4 years later, want to leave
>nobody else wants me because of neet history
That depends on how big of a fuckup you are. You'll lose money the first year and make plenty back after unless you're too retarded for business.
If you lack the drive to better your math and physics to achieve your goal of being a doctor; sure, go flip burgers.
Alternatively, look to get into an entry level position in the medical field (nurse's aide, pharm tech, research assistant) and study on the job. It makes the math easier and most physicians/NPs/PAs love teaching.
Game production requires a fair bit of math for optimization as well.
Honestly just sit down and think about what people NEED and realize all these 21 year old sheltered kids mooching off their parents are not going to know how to do ANYTHING once their parents die.
Then learn how to do one of those many tasks and watch them view you as a magician.
Literally nobody is going to give a shit about your degree when you get out just like your high school grades. Just tell them "I went to school for this for 2 years" They'll hire you if you arent a sperg lord because company reputation is important.
All of them. We have chainmesh gloves for the off-hand.
The bandsaw is definitely a concern, but I take my time when I'm on it. The sketchiest it gets on the saw is doing lamb loins since you can't really use the guard unless you're going to adjust for each vertebrae (which would take forever).
Thanks for reminding me that I have to wake up in 7 hours
Working two jobs is "fun"
At least I enjoy one of them
Mooching off my parents (at their request) while working to get my degree. I'm Graduating in 6 months though so gonna have to figure something out soon
