My sister beat Mario 3D Land and asked me to get another game for her.
She's shit at games, even the easy ones (she couldn't beat the last level of Mario 3D Land without the golden leaf) so i'm looking for something easy. I was thinking on Yoshi new island or Kirby, or that mocomoco game because it looks easy & cute.
She also like those modern CN cartoons, how are the adventure time & regular show games on 3DS?

Get Mario Maker user, it released for the 3DS recently.

She will be able to make her own levels and play the 100 levels that already come with the game, made by Nintendo. These levels are some fresh breath of air since they are mostly goofy too.

And there's also how she will be able to play infinite levels from the internet. Not to mention being able to play from four different assets: Super mario bros, super mario 3, super mario world and new super mario bros

Oh let me expand on one thing:

If she likes Ace Attorney, get Ace Attorney Trilogy HD. Download the demo and let her play to see if it's her thing, maybe she will love it. It's a visual novel point-and-click where you solve murders with intense courtroom action.

There's also Pokémon Moon, which is fairly easy if she makes use of all mechanics like exp share and pokemon refresh. The refresh specifically lets you pet your pokemons and play with them so it's really cute, girls will love it. Lots of character customization too.

By the way, Mario games are not "easy". At least not the later levels, like that one she was stuck at. Platformer games are among the hardest games someone can play, they require a lot of coordination

She didn't like Pokemon when i had Y on my 3ds, so I'm going with platformers because she's not that terrible at them

Hmmm... That's a problem. I would suggest that you install an SNES emulator on your computer and go from there. It's was I did with my little Sister-in-law back when she was 7. She loved playing old Sonic or Megaman.

But then again, I activated action replay codes so she wouldn't have that much trouble with the later levels. It's so cute when she grew up and told me she finished the game without the cheats.

I have a snes emu on my 3ds,but i only have fighting games and nothing else.
Now that you mention Sonic, I think she enjoyed a Sonic game on her tablet before she broke it,might try that Generations game.

Get her GTA San Andreas and give her a list of cheats.

I'd definitely get her a Kirby game. Has she tried Mario Kart 7?

My sis really liked the typical gurl games like nintendogs and cooking mama. Most of them have 3ds versions too, I would try some of those.

Cooking Mama? oh yeah that thing still exists, will try that too.

I don't think she would like Zelda, too "complex" for her, she couldn't even enter the deku tree in oot3d because she was too scared of the rolling rocks.

I have some pages of the manga (with the official translation) I always get some laughs when i read them.
