It's "beating" Zestiria in every single way imagineable. The game mostly focuses on story, characters and the battle system.
It's not perfect though, still suffers from shortcomings like most modern tales do in other areas, so I wouldn't call it legendary.

The anime is actually pretty good and different in a good way for a game adaption and has two Berseria shilling teaser episodes. The most relevant Berseria related things are in the second part though and that one won't finish airing until after the game is out in the west.
