Because Unreal Tournament 4 does not have actual graphics (apart from that one cherry-picked promotional image; you know it) and most of the maps are fan-made.

Usually the only reason I touch MOBAs is because many of them have cool and quirky character designs

This game however has the most boring as shit characters I've ever seen, whole game seems like a slower and less charming version of Smite

Rather then gameplay.
For an example: I'd rather stare at art with meaning then art with a large colour pallet.

With the Monolith update it's actually now faster than Smite.

i have a modest gpu and i seriously think gameplay and music will always top graphics, don't get me wrong, beautiful graphics are good but without decent music, gameplay and story the game will just feel dull as fuck.
