Although I do enjoy all three of them, I'd put 2 at the bottom because I always forget major plot points and little details, so looking back on it causes me to feel like I can't really appreciate what it brings to the table. I'd need to replay it to really digest it properly but I haven't had time.
Basically people are too stupid to live in a world with uncontrolled information and Rose wasn't real or maybe she was I don't fucking know anymore.
>playing metal gear for the story
If you're that into shitty writing the Internet is filled with it
The only things I really remember were
>this was a simulations test
>your gf was a fake but then she was genuine
>turn off the game raiden
>sword fight with Solidus
I like all three of them, but MGS2 is my least favorite out of the games mostly due to level design. The other games have areas that are more fun to explore, though I enjoyed the Tanker chapter. Maybe I really do just dislike Raiden?
2>3>1
I actually loved the Big Shell. It looked nice and seemed to open up new sections to explore at a regular pace. I never really had any beef with it.
I sure love strut F warehouse!

I don't think I even need to say it.
I always pick none of them so I can have the standard experience.
Is this video of a casual who doesn't know how do play the game supposed to prove something?
Have to side with 3 and 1 as a close second.
MS2 introduced a lot of technology but it feels really rushed and unfinished in many areas.
Don't know why people hail it so highly, especially over MGS3. A game that was more plotted out and polished.
Probably the first because it was the least retarded in terms of storytelling. No pretentious post-modern meta commentary, no walking plot devices for final bosses, it's Metal Gear as it should be remembered.
> no "are you a girl?"
> no "I NEED SCISSORS!! 61!!!"
Do you even know how to meme?
1 is great
2 is amazing
3 has emotional plot but gameplay is subpar
>gameplay is subpar
MGS2 had better level design than 3
>gameplay is subpar
nigga it's the same except this time you can somewhat control the camera.
Are you really going to argue? Its the weakest of the three, too slow and constant camp switching is annoying
If you think 2 even compares to 1/3 in characters / gameplay you're objectively wrong.
The only thing it has going for it is that one cutscene.
All three games are amazing.
>gameplay is subpar
this is bait right?
None! I like Splinter Cell and Thief because they are actually good at what they do and not experiments of a dumb nipshit nigger
I haven't Splinter Cell yet, but the Thief games are pretty fun. Not sure if you're confusing the Metal Gear series with a different one because the man that was in charge of development was not dumb and not a black person.
The first. It's the only game in the series where hayter isn't going full smokers lung and it's so heavily grounded in reality and explanation that when cyborg ninjas and walking nuke tanks happen it seems extremely plausible in the world.
The rest of the series got too wacky too quick.
