+1 for the Vita. I like anime/weebshit in general, but only if it's coupled with good gameplay. I have one physical game for it: Soul Sacrifice, and it has no overworld and feels like a boring buttonmasher. This is somehow considered among the Vita's best games. It's an overpriced emulator handheld.

Wii U, but it wasn't that bad. Could play Wii games in other rooms, had Sm4sh, sunk over 100 hours with Hyrule Warriors, got games like Shovel Knight, Link To The Past, Earthbound and Megaman X from the eShop, and the new Zelda game looks amazing

Wii U but really all current gen consoles are something I slightly regret buying.

I bought the Wii U to play W101 and while I think that's a great game I only own that and Bayo 2 and have had no desire to buy any other game on the system due to how stupid Nintendo is with pricing. I'd buy a fuck ton of virtual console games if they were under five dollars but as it stands if the option is between what's on the virtual console and just fucking emulating I'm emulating from SNES to Gamecube.

I also own the PS4, Vita (both the normal one and the Playstation TV), and Xbone.

The PS4 I hate the least because I own a couple games for it and I've had some fun with various titles so I can't say I got ripped off.

I've played like 4 Xbone titles (DR4, GE4RS, Destiny, and Rare Collection) and while I think they were mostly decent it's still a console I don't see buying a ton of games for and I feel like I wasted money on it. If I had a neet friend to system share it'd honestly be a really good investment but I don't.

Vita means life.

3DS/N3DS is a much better investment than the Wii U. Much better library and way better games in general.

That being said, I hated the Gameboy Advance SP.
Sure, it has the benefit of a backlight but it was so goddamn uncomfortable as a kid and it's close to unplayable as an adult unless you have babby hands.
And it has the same library as GBA and GBC so literally no exclusives, only an ergonomically downgrade in favor of a backlight

PSP but not for the reasons you'd think.
Its a great system, runs well and does everything a okay. But where I live, PSP games are really hard to find for some reason. So traded it for some kids massive ps2 collection

Honestly you can't deny that the amiibo thing was pushed hard. Sure you could ignore them and still enjoy yourself but when it's shoved down your throat by Nintendo and every game is bundled with them you know there's something bad going on.

And yes the wii U library is that sparce, I fell for the shilling early on and it was just wait for a game that turns out to not be that great then nothing at all, wait some more for smash and MK then console is dead. There isn't even a Zelda for it, when it was promised since announcement.

Who could have forgotten such great classics as Devil's Third, Musou with Zelda coat of paint, FE/SMT moeshit crossover, new Starfox or Not A Real 3D Mario. Don't forget Zelda remasters and Mario Rehash 8 and 10!

Here's the deal, whatever few good games the wii u got that's it. And on top of that they are already or soon to be on PC. Meanwhile the PS4 train just left the station and is gaining steam. At this point even the Xbone was a better bet because at least it still has a future.

I think only liked the Wii U because I could play Wii games for the first time, Sm4sh and MK8 were just a bonus but there wasn't really much else for me. I have several other Wii U exclusives but none were really special outstanding games for me except those two.

I never had the original Wii. and no Gamecube either which is why I also got Windwaker HD and it was pretty good

the game I sunk most time into on the Wii U was Metroid Prime Trilogy, which I also played all 3 games for the first time from start to end. Treating them like one really long game and it was a fucking amazing one

I think what entertainment I got out of this was enough not to hate it but I don't play it anymore

So far, I've mostly been playing SMM and some MK8 and Splatoon. I also played some Kirby in co-op with my gf. I only bought the system earlier this year, so I never had to experience any software droughts. I've since picked up four more retail games (one of which is Bayo2) but didn't have the time to play any of them yet.

Probably the Sega Saturn. Sega CD and 32X were also bad, but they weren't stand-alone consoles so I don't know if they count. I got my 32X on clearance from Toys R Us for $20, and every game they had for it for like $8 each, so even though it wasn't that great it was at least a cheap thing to get.

Metal heavily attenuates wireless signals, so if you had any kind of metal racks, picture frames, appliances, etc in between your Wii U and the Game Pad, that would really cut down on how far away you could use it.
