Something about the 2.8 character models still looks fucking weird. Its like light is just being reflected by them wrong, their clothing is painfully textureless as a result and their skin is strangely shiny. The DDD characters look far better in comparison.

I hate to say it but Squeenix really should have looked at Overwatch for how to make stylised 3D characters look good on current gen hardware.

One problem with the theory is Aqua is very much full of Light herself - to the point of Vanitas having her as the Plan B for the Chi Blade

It'llbe worth the wait. I'm in a similar situation. BBS was the last one I played back when it came out but I dont remember much about it at all and havent really kept up with the series so I don't know what he fuck is going on anymore.
