Why?
Why?
Money.
...
>tfw telltale has lost its soul after minecraft
They could have just made a Tales from the borderlands 2
>>tfw telltale has lost its soul after Back to the Future
FTFY
This. At least BttF had some small amount of puzzles and wasn't parading muh feels as a selling point.
>telltale makes interactive movies
>telltale makes a guardians of the galaxy game
I don't see the problem here.
It's intended to coincide with GotG Vol 2.
Because it'll sell, the same reason any piece of media exists.
because capitalism.
dont like it?
cool. dont buy it, the free market will sort it out.
Wonder if it's going to be as outright stupid as the Batman one where it basically ignores canon characterization.
Telltale never had a soul.
They went from the shit fest zombie garbage where choices "matter", to a bunch of 80s and 90s nostalgia shit games, and now we're actually surprised by this new turn? How? They've been making crap like this from the start...
>Tales From the Borderlands was Telltales best game by far
>No one plays it because Bordlands is such repugnant garbage
Seeing as the tone will likely be similar, I'm hoping GotG at least captures a fraction of the magic.
I kinda wanted The Wolf Among Us 2, but maybe It's for the best that it will never be made.
Probably
It's likely gonna be supervised by that retard Bendis is some manner so you can tell they are most DEFINITELY going to fuck it up. Hey remember the good run that everyone remembers by DnA? NOPE everyone only ever remembers the gotg as written by Bendis
Fuck everything. At least Gunn remembers where the guardians came from and that they're not just entirely walking memes
sounds fun to be honest my man
I'm glad they are doing well for themselves
>download TftB expecting Borderlands shit
>ends up being crazy space western capers and decent characters
Besides the generic TTG "gameplay" I was pleasantly surprised that they could make Borderlands interesting.
I've read about 120 volumes of Fables, and as far as I can tell, TWAU ends more or less right before the actual story begins, so a sequel would be pretty hard to fit into the canon without more autists complaining.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAH'M
HOOKED ON A FEELING
It has potential to be one of the better ones just wacky starlord adventures I'll watch the first episode on youtube then think about buying it for the switch
>tumblr and reddit combined
god help us all
what's the point of taking actioney super hero franchises and making point and click games out of them? Do people actually buy this stuff?
It's like taking Seinfeld and making a GoW clone out of it.
