Why would you want to change the graphics? The game is "optimised" for the console.. changing graphics on PC is obviously necessary because not everyone is playing with the same fucking hardware

Majority of casuals care more about framerate than the number of pixels on screen, even if they understand fuckall about framerate. There's a reason why every COD game runs at 60fps.

maybe this is something new i'm not aware of because i've never touched a ps4 or xbone but most console games since the ps1 era let you change controls
if they don't let you change every button they usually at least have different presets you can switch between
games that don't let you change the controls are more of an exception than the rule
