Interesting fact:
Warhammer Total War runs a background process after the game closes and has to be shut down manually, or it counts towards total time played.

That way you'll never be able to refund it, unless you find out about it and shut it down within 2 hours after quitting.

I made a similar mistake with 7 days to die. I got it when I I had a shitty PC, and spent most of my time trying to get the best graphics at a playable frame rate. I ended up with 3 hours and can't refund now. Now I have to wait for the game to come out of early access to refund it.
