Why do people always say "RIP Cartoon Network 1992-2004"? The CN city era began in 2004, and brought us amazing new shows like Hi Hi puffy ami yumi, Ozzy and Drix, Code lyoko, Class of 3000, Juniper lee, and Camp Lazlo. So how could they die in the year where they were still great?
If anything, 2007 is when it went downhill, because Jew Snyder took over, they ended CN City, replaced Fridays with Freid Dynamite, got into live-action, and began making HORRIFIC shows like Chowder and Flapjack.

It's a (J?)RPG from the very early PS2. I remember playing as a woman, so either the protag was female or you could create your own character.
Also, there was a room with a statue of feet and you had to unequip everything but your boots to pass through.
