I played MP, and it's decent, but it's very handholdy. The atmosphere's good, but the lock-on combat made every fight fairly same-y. Granted, that's more or less how it had to be, and the fun of the game mostly came from exploration, but I still found it somewhat lacking. It's definitely a much better title than RE4, but much like RE4 lead to the death of its series (MP2 was a shitshow and 3 somehow managed to be worse).

I mostly just wanted to get a raise out of a random asshat who seriously had the gall to call either game "objectively good" when they've both got very real and glaring faults.

Metroid Prime's only flaw is that it doesn't have optional areas to venture out into. And RE4, flaws? Please. Only flaw is that it forces you to confront whether you want to play it like a real gamer or a noob.
