Last game you played
>Dark Souls 1
It's fun.
>Dark Souls 2
It's shite.
>Dark Souls 3
It's okay
Good thread guys see you tomorrow.
>Warframe
Still a garbled mess of ideas further hampered by a f2p model, poor execution and a team that couldn't find 'consistency' in a dictionary if their lives depended on it. But I'd be lying if I didn't enjoy shutting off my brain for half an hour every now and then to just shoot things.
>Mega Man 8
Eh. At least it's better than 7. Being able to buy upgrades for Mega Man is a cool idea but the game is easy enough that I never really bother.
>Titan Fall 2
Euphoric
>Corpse Party
pretty good
Stella Glow
Solid tactics game, with barely annoying anime shit.
>Morrowind
Fucking great game. There are like, 2-3 things I would change. But I want to finish the game before I go mod-crazy.
Metal Gear Solid V, finally got 100% cracked
amazing game. story is silly but the gameplay is solid goty.
>Dead Rising 4
They somehow managed to make one worse than 3. I'd be impressed if it wasn't so awful.
>Original Sin 2
Best RPG I've played in years.
shes cute
>Street Fighter V
Combos are boring as shit and my favorite character got redesigned to look like a box of french fries with suspenders. Mods are awesome though.
Future Tone is pretty great.
>Quake
First time playing it and I'm loving it.
>Shadowverse
It's fun. The meta decks are annoying but I find the deck I play fun enough that it's totally worth. Great way to pass time.
Fire Emblem Fates..
Based on Lunatic:
Birthright is ok.
Conquest is good until endgame. Endgame is retarded.
Revelations is shit in any difficulty.
>Corruption of champions
...
>Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2
It's shit.
>oneshot
It was comfy.
Oh and one costume in SFV cost as much as a pack of 3 in Mortal Kombat X.
>Lunatic Rave 2
It's fun but playing with a fightstick is a bit hard
>The Last of Us (Remastered)
I'm liking it
>Far east of eden 2
Good. Just finished the first dark orchid phase, got the second character, I'm glad the game will not be attack -> heal -> attack -> heal anymore
>TW Shogun 2
It was pretty fucking good desu, I love how in this one the AI actually does conquer and by the late game where I am now there's only like 3 huge clans out of what used to be 50-something, really makes it feel like you progressed and have someone who can actually compete against you, instead of RTW and M2 where you'd always be the sole blob with the exception of the faction that started as a blob, and you just end up steamrolling everyone.
Also sauce on the qt in the OP?
>F.E.A.R 1
Overrated. Seriously. The gunplay is good but theres only like a total of 6 weapons, the plot is uninteresting, it's too easy even without using reflex time, the combat can get boring and repetitive if you play it for more than an hour in one sitting, and it isnt even scary. Theres like 3 jumpscares throughout the entire game and I didnt jump at any of them.
>Skyrim
It is meh
>Borderlands 2
Fun to play, but very repetitive
Company of heroes 2
Gay ass op axis
>Megaman X5
I love it, but fuck the bike stage.
My man.
Pokemon X. I've already beaten this game twice, now, and I'm now going for my living dex. I'm buying Moon, this Christmas, with a friend.
To be honest, I think X was really disappointing. The quality of life improvements, when it comes to trading, training, and playing with your pokemon; were gr8. Problem is, I'm lusting for more challenges, and the campaign was so forgettable. The biggest offense would be that you're bottlenecked from getting half of the mega stones, till you beat the game. That still pisses me off. Nothing will ever top Platinum or HGSS's postgame, to me, and I keep disappointing myself, when each new pokemon game comes out, and there's no battle frontier.
Oh well. At least we got Hex Maniac, out of this.
Dying Light - Ok
>Rising Storm 2 Beta
It's great.
Mega Man 4
'S alright
>Shadow Warrior
now this is what I call a VIDEO GAME
so sick of so many smalltime shit indie games
>Doom (2016)
I turned off my crosshair, the highlighted enemies, and turned on Classic Doom view. It was fun.
>Fallout 4
Still shit
>MGS3
Its a shame that now most games I play will look shit in comparison
why are you doing this to yourself user?
>Skyrim
Crashing has increased but the Sexlab game is ridiculous.
Watch dogs 2
It's like black flag was suffering from being AC, WD2 suffers from trying to be GTA
It's good, usually I play Ubisoft games for a while and then drop it, but I almost completed WD2
>Cyber Sleuth
Just beat Jimiken for the first time. It's the first time in the game I had to actually use strategy since starting the game and bumping it up to Hard mode.
Surprised that I had to bust out my ultimates just to deal with his shitty Devimon and Meramon.
Hard mode is pretty much the way to go. That is, until you get to late game, then you're forced to play "meta" or you won't even get a turn.
>Far Cry Primal
Nothing new and almost identical to FC3 and 4 maybe even inferior.
Unique setting makes up for it. Good fun.
>Pokemon: Leaf Green
It's aged pretty well. Still fun, would recommend if you haven't tried a Nuzlocke run before. Roguelike pokemon is kind of cool.
I can't remember
>Grezzo 2
Pretty fun and kekful
There's a fucking meta? Is it not just "Pick type advantage" and "Get to Mega ASAP"?
>Heroes of The Storm
Its pretty mediocre but fun with a group of friends after work.
>Toukiden Kiwami
Started a new character today, but it's so hard to do the beginning missions again. Feels kinda silly.
>the sims 4
need more customization, pretty fun imo
bless you random user from sims thread yesterday, i got a gf and got laid
FFXV
Loving it so far. On Chapter 8, at Level 43, and 51 hours in.
>Halo 5
I would just say it was self explanatory since I'm level 147 but I know so many who are the same yet they hate every second of it but for some reason play it despite as such.
Sadly, no. Late game it's literally impossible to work with only type advantages and buff/debuffs. You NEED stuff like Lilithmons signature move (the penetration ones) or else you do close to no damage.
And some fights have the enemies attacking up to 8 times before your fastest mon can even dream of doing shit. This results in party wipes when you didn't even get a turn. But then again, this only happens by extreme late game, and until then you should be fine with what you have.
>Wolf Among Us
cool setting, but rather lame gameplay (which was to be expected)
wish the episodes were a bit longer and with more meaningful choices
user she died because you failed to save her from her misery you fucking NEET
>Mechwarrior 4: Vengeance
It's actually quite good, and I'd say that it's underrated these days because you have all the purists deriding 4 for being a departure from the older Mechwarrior games. They are right to some extent, and I will say that the game's core gameplay is not as satisfying as its predecessors, but the game has a really good singleplayer campaign. Unlike previous games in the series, the levels no longer consist of mostly flat planes, and the AI is quite capable and agile and can actually pose a threat. It's a legitimately challenging campaign even on medium difficulty and the missions and the environments they take place in are quite varied.
I think the problem is that people nowadays ignore the original MW4 games and instead jump straight to the Mercenaries expansion because it has the most content (mechs and weapons) and because it was released as freeware. The fault with the Mercenaries campaign is that it throws away the kind of mission variety and complexity in Vengeance and focuses on large scale head-to-head combat on simple terrain, and that just makes it more apparent how superior the older games are because it tries to be like them too much instead of playing to the strengths of the game's more advanced engine and AI.
Forgot to add:
If you select normal by then, Lilithmon one shots basically everything, including the final boss.
Enemies have like 8k Hp on Hard and 2k Hp on normal, Lilithmon does about 2k damage on signature, while "super effective" non penetration tier III moves does about 200.
>You NEED stuff like Lilithmons signature move (the penetration ones)
I'm getting SMT Nocturne flashbacks. Is this literally the same concept as Pierce in SMT where you had to run a sweet Fist build with Pierce to actually damage Lucifer?
>FFXV
Breddy godd
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
good shit senpai
Never played that but sounds similar, check My biggest complaint still is that you can only get Gallantmon and a few others right before the final boss fight. And he's shit because no penetration move. Also the never ending coffee jokes.
But don't let my negativity get to you, somehow. Game's still pretty enjoyable.
Primordia
Great game, got me way more immersed than I expected
See, my team I was aiming for ahead of time was gonna be BanchoLeomon, Gankoomon and a healer but with this new information, I think I might just figure out which moves have penetration and go a team of that.
>Some japanese mmo I don't remember the name
Absolute crap
Just get yourself some platinum Sukamons with tactician USBs. 50+ levels on a single encounter. This way you can get any team of Digimons Lv 99 with max ABI on a span of a few hours.
And they somewhat expect you to do that, because the grinding can get to absolute stupid levels latter on (and not for stats, but for moves, ABI and evolving).
no no op faggot
youre not quoting anyome so it has to be like
> what are playing
< who do you like??
>FFX Remaster
Never played it or the original before. Was alright but I had to get back to studying
Yeah man, I'm already halfway towards getting some random-ass rookie through Tokomon. I got the 80 ABI, just need 30 more INT and some SP to meet the 130 INT requirement.
The grinding in this game is terrible for that kind of shit. Gonna have to pull some cheap grinding shit at this rate.
>STALKER CoP
>Don't quite get why people like SoC more.
>Titalfall 2
It's the best arcade shooter I've ever played, not that I've played that many.
Some encounters on hard require you to get/build a specific team to counter them, otherwise they become impossible. No joke. So Sukamons are a must, no shame on using them. I'd say get 2 and let your third mon be a heavy damage dealer to finish mob encounters faster.
I don't feel shame in it. From how you're telling me this, I'm just gonna need to get some sweet EXP boost going to keep up with the curve.
CoP is boring as hell on repeat playthroughs. The sidemissions are all unique, yes, but they mainly consist of walking from place to place and choosing dialogue options. They rely solely on evoking a feeling of wonder and don't involve good gameplay. They have choices and consequences, but it's too easy to make choices that lead to the best outcome. There are hardly any NPCs to fight despite NPC combat being one of the things SoC did well. You have to intentionally make bad choices in numerous sidemissions to cause hostile NPCs to spawn randomly instead of just during missions.
>The Witcher
Takes a bit of getting used to but the game is extremely good at immersing the player in its world.
Yeah, in any case you can find more details (and rants) about the late game pretty easily on Google, but save for when you finally reach it, I guess. So good luck, user. And enjoy the ride.
>Dark Souls 3
>I fucking despise it
>CoD: Black Ops 2
Had some great matches with Team Deathmatch, but played way too long. Also, tried playing the campaign and I can't understand shit anyone in-game is talking about. Like, I need military knowledge to at least get what they are basically saying because I am lost.
AC Rogue
I like it. In fact I want more Templar games.
BG2
Its really overrated but still pretty good/fantastic before, well, everything after Spellhold. The story just jumps off a cliff and never recovers.
>Alan Wake
Need to finish replaying it.
It's really good.
>Deux Ex MD
Had fear it was worse than HR, wich is my favourite game ever (yeah, you can call me whatever you want but it wont change my mind) and so far its on par to HR on everything. Heared it was cutt in half and the ends comes sudently without explaining a shit, but for now i enjoy it
Deathsmiles
I love it
>Overwatch
On PS4. The lag has made it unbearable, so I can only really play vs bots right now. I thought it was just me, but all my friends report the same issue.
An early release, I hope. Last time I played, everything was so packed into such a small number of areas that it basically became unplayable unless you used debug. Trying to find cultists or slimegirls at the Lake is a nightmare now.
>Bloodborne
Pretty good, I like it better than the DS games. DemS is still better tho.
>pic related is best girl
>EVE Online
Game it's great.
>around 9k hours
>200+ hours last week
Help me.
You are beyond help my friend.
>9K hours on one game
I ain't even going near that.
>XCOM: EW
I'm liking it
S.t.a.l.k.e.r Misery 2X mod
very impressive though i'm gonna do the coc one next
Path of Exile
Grind is real.
>user she died
What are you talking about
Persona 2 Innocent Sin
Piss easy and the only likable characters are Maya and Ekichi.
>haven't played STALKER or paid any attention to any news about it for a year
>check to see what happened with Misery 2.2
>it still hasn't been released
Wow
>Pokemon Moon
Pretty fun game and its the best pokemon game on the 3DS
However, the lack of a national dex is a bit of a bummer since I won't be able to actually "catch em all"
And the hand holding is way too intense for the first half of the game, I really wish Gamefreak would add an "I've already played a pokemon game before, please leave me alone" option at the start
SOS battles are cool as well, but I wish there was a way to use a second pokemon during them since its kind of hard to get certain pokemons HA while only having one out (primarily Geodude)
>TF2
Well, I have 8000+ hours in it, and play it most every day, so I probably like it.
>Let it Die
Radical, dude.
But it's getting stressful on the higher floors as your buddy can die for good or you need to farm 80k to retrieve it.
