that's complete horseshit, the patented design is rather complicated as far as coaster-carts go, it's a custom design built to allow the minecart to ride on a false track whilst the real track is hidden below - there is no way they'd just use that recycle parts or whatever the fuck, it's intentionally designed to replicate DKC-like minecart runs, complete with missing track pieces and jumps.
Spider man is a cart ride too. Just fyi. And transformers and potter rides. And men in black. And the mummy.

The Orlando version will likely be in Universal's new Video game based park they are building on the lands above Islands of Adventure that they recently bought. A lot of theme park insiders said that Universal had already deals with Blizzard and Microsoft before Nintendo but since Nintendoworld will be at Hollywood and Japan, it's the main focus of the expansion.
