The remastered version is shit. Half of them entirely miss the mood and point of the original song, while the other half is a mess of trying to one-up the original work and failing. Maybe one or two are close to as good as the originals, but that's hardly worth it. It's not a remastering in any real sense of the word.

Was way too underleveled for the first fight for some reason, but the second fight was piss easy surprisingly.
X-2 was still better in game because it was actually a lot more fun. X was a bit tedious near the end, I jumped right into X-2 after finishing it and loved it so much, I finished it after 2 days and did a 100% run right after.
