I'd like some recommendations for PS4, if possible.

I hate open worlds. That's about it really. Not keen on anime but as long as it isn't too faggy with the presentation, writing and story I'll put up with it for great gameplay.

I actually do have a pc, but prefer console these days. I like original Doom a lot, but found the Doom 4 demo nothing but tedious.

Regardless of that, I think Y0 is one game I will buy. Probably in late Feb though after Resi 7. I can live with open worlds as long as they're tiny.

Okay, then this is important.

Do NOT give up at an hour or so in.

The game is notoriously hard to get into because the learning curve for gameplay starts as a brick wall and the MC is an edgy douche for the first part of the game.

You WILL get good at the gameplay given some time and you will absolutely love it once it clicks. The writing also vastly improves when you get to the second section.

I don't really know what to tell you, Precursor Legacy is one of my all-time favorite games so if you don't like it, you don't, I don't remember ever thinking "when does it get good?"

Fantastic taste senpai you deserve to get your dick sucked by a model. I need to make a 4x4 instead because I feel that a 3x3 just doesn't do enough to get some of my other favorite games in there that deserve to be recognized.

To explain the Doom thing, I like both so much that I see the games as equal to each other. They also feel so similar with the source port that to me it almost feels like it is the same game just with different levels and guns to enjoy. So it is too hard for me to pick one over the other.

Why? 6 was very good. I only put X and VII above it.

It's almost like people have different opinions or something.

I easily put V, Tactics, IX, and XI (yes, the MMO) above it. I enjoyed the gameplay and stories in those games better. I liked the characters betters. I liked the systems better. I'm especially a huge fan of the job system. IX is the exception because I just enjoy the characters that much even if it doesn't have the job system.

If you want to play a GOOD game that FFX's ripped it's battle system off from- along with the addition of combos- you should play Breath of Fire IV.
