So user, when do you get your PS4 for playing GOTY?
Gravity Rush

I got it 2 weeks ago. I got my Vita for Kat and I gladly got a PS4 for her as well
I've all but decided that GR2 is my GOTY 2017 already
just got one a few days ago for kat and ace combat
In 10 months, when Ace Combat 7 is (likely) released and reviewed.
I got one on black friday
I bought your game
I won't get around to playing it for weeks possibly months
I bought mine off my boss last month for $100. Gravity Rush Remastered is all I've played on it so far.
Well by then 2 will have been out for a while and you'll be able to cruise right into it after another period of weeks possibly months
Got my PS4 like 2 years ago but yeah I'll play it
You can beat it in an an afternoon or maybe a weekend.
I usually play one episode per day.
I'm interested in a lot of games coming out in 2017, but GR2's the only one that gets me a little more hyped with every update that I've seen on it.
Don't tell me what to do
Do it faggot
This. I platinum'd it in five days. And what a five days it was.
I'd rather play rare replay on pc.
Same here. With maybe a challenge mission and some random flying around thrown in
I'm not really interested in playing The Game.
I bought your remastered game at launch, got the ps4 black Friday.
Played it for a bit but felt bad about neglecting all the other games I started but didn't finish. Then I ended up stuck playing Let It Die.
I've been doing a slow as fuck replay I started on the 1st that I've been playing in between DoD3. GR is fantastic for when you just want a smile on your face.
So you're just emulating all the games?
That's 1/4 the library of games on that cucksole.
Don't forget to buy the ps4 part 2 like a good little consumer.
Nope. windows 10
I only have it for Nier, even though I have a PC, P5, even though I have a PS3 and Last Guardian, which I'll just rent. I felt buyer's remorse the second I plugged it in.
Also, if you're playing on PS4, beware of the touchpad. I thought my controller was broken because I thought the R2 button was being triggered randomly, making Kat do a Dodge roll.
Wait really? I thought MS porting bone games to Windows 10 was just a meme?
Didn't buy ps4 for Gravity Rush, but it's what I'm most optimistic for right now.
Contrary to popular belief, I buy all my games.
I actually think that pirating is for scumbags and they make other mustards look like fuck asses.
As much as Sonyggers annoy me, I hate the stereotypical mustards just as much.
The problem with gamers nowadays is that they spend more time bitching at each other, rather than enjoying vidya.
When we act like one is better than the other, we all look quite petty.
Last sunday i snatched mine up since it came with uncharted 4 and a free year of PSN for 249.99
GR2 was a big motivator to finally switch, plus the variety of games seems to blow Xbone out of the water
I'd be surprised if GR2 sales more than Air Conflicts: Vietnam Ultimate Edition.
I just didn't know they actually ported it to PC. I just wish they'd box the copies and remove DRM. I'd be much more willing to buy at that point.
Wouldn't that mean you've decided gr2 will be worst game of 2017? All but decided it's game of the year. That all encompasses worst game I've payed.
That's because it's the next game hungry PS4 owners have to look forward to. After that it's Nier then P5. Some people are excited for Nioh too, but I don't like the idea of Souls-likes becoming a genre.
Nope. There is literally no point to buy an xbone if you have pc.
I mean, if you want an cheaper, more user friendly option, than sure, buy an xbone.
Otherwise, pc is an xbone and then some.
I would really like to play bloodborne, but, it isn't worth buying a ps4 for and I'm not into weeb games.
Making games exclusive is a shitty practice for any company.
If I could get older pc games on console, you can bet that I would buy any console then!
:^)
All xbone exclusives are on pc, the only catch is that you need to have windows 10.
Except it sucked on vita
Why would I get it on PS4 when Tekken and Nier exist
It was fine on vita.
I wont, because they literally stabbed me in the back.
I heard that the touchpad on those controllers were pretty awful.
And that light on it is just pointless.
Xbone controllers are great, though.
No terrible floating D-pad like on the 360 and I just prefer the thumb stick layout on the Xbox controller.
>literally
Are you okay, user? Any organ damage?
I already got one a couple years ago for a bunch of other games I was interested in.
The light bar on the PS4 controllers just sucks the battery out of it. I get 3 hours out of mine if I'm lucky. The touchpad is worthless and only hinders games like GR. On top of it, the start (options) button is so small that you'll always hit the touchpad instead. The share button is worthless unless they add a Google Drive or Dropbox feature to store your shit.
All in all, the amount of gimmicks on the console honestly piss me off and I wish the Xbone was handled better at the beginning so I could skip over the PS4. I really fucking hate reaching for my drink and the whole screen wobbling because of the stupid gyroscope features.
> Google Drive or Dropbox feature
holy shit this, I can't be fucking bothered to care about screenshots and videos if I can't easily access it. I mean I'd love to, but not for that amount of effort.
>The light bar on the PS4 controllers just sucks the battery out of it.
It's the touchpad, not the light. (LEDs are highly efficient, but the controller has to permanently run a current through the entire touch surface to detect touches.)
I took some awful screenshots of FFXV assuming I could just email them to myself, but it seems like I need to share them to Facebook, dowoad them and then shitpost with them. I didn't even want to fuck around with it and see if there were other options.
Exactly, I dont want to fuck around on facebook, I don't give a fuck about sharing it with all my friends who dont give a fuck about whatever japanese pantsu my game character is wearing.
Kat is stinky
She takes showers though!
I don't know where you'd find clean water in a fucking sewer though.
The moment I stop being a poorfag.
Although, to be honest, I'd rather not support Sony. I don't like the idea of having to pay for online and I have no interest on their cinematic exclussives.
so i recently got a ps4. i have uncharted 4 and bloodborne which were both great.
should i add another exclusive to the list?
>but it seems like I need to share them to Facebook, dowoad them and then shitpost with them
You can just save them to the console and transfer them to a USB.
ccm.net
I bought it for P5 and GR2, and stayed other shit here and there like JoJo and Until Dawn
If it looks like your cup of tea.
>The moment I stop being a poorfag.
I'm a poorfag and got a PS4 instead of a overpriced green PC upgrade (AMD isn't really available in my region).
>I don't like the idea of having to pay for online
The game doesn't have multiplayer.
>and I have no interest on their cinematic exclussives.
That's why you get GR instead.
this. even on dim mode the light bar is just way too bright, it lights up my entire room and i like it dark. basement dweller that i am.
and you're absolutely right about trying to hit the menu button, i have to feel around for it first which i shouldnt have to do.
what ruined the xbonetrollers for me was the terrible LB RB buttons. sometimes you hit them sometimes you dont. other times you hit them without wanting to.
That's even worse, all of these devices are conneced though the internet, the fastest way would be to just do google drive/drop box. If I'm playing a game, by the time I make it to my computer to transfer just one dumb fucking picture, I've lost interest. I don't know how other people even bother with that shit unless they take a million pics of their waifu to share on /vg/
>no interest in cinematic exclusives
bloodborne, the last guardian(maybe, i havent played it yet), Gravity rush, gravity rush 2 and horizon zero dawn(maybe dont get your hopes up).
I'm honestly amazed I haven't seen a HZD trailer that's clearly "hold forward to complete this action movie scene" yet.
Just make a Twitter or something then.
Is there seriously no collector's edition for US/EU?
That just sounds like the epitome of cringe to me. An account with zero followers and followings posting pictures, just so that I can save them to my hard dive, just so I can post them on Sup Forums. That's a million steps that could be sidestepped if my piss station 4 didn't force me to do this bullshit hamfisted. IT.S 2016 COME ON NOW
think i'll get yakuza 0 first but i'll pick this up later
Who gives a shit if it's cringy when nobody's ever gonna see it but you?
I do. I think it's also because I don't like being told what to do, and SONY is telling me to use facebook and twitter, and there is a more optimal option that they could implement
Got the remastered, don't have much of a collection (20 games in a year) really looking toward to GR2
>Dive into the future.
no sequel for the Vita, the console that nurtured the first game and gave it popularity
Good. The first game suffered from being on Vita significantly. If you can't see how this one improves by leaps and bounds over that, then you're delusional.
More like the console that held it back am I right lads
does the vita still exist?
>there is a more optimal option that they could implement
that being?
if you're going to save Google drive that's basically the same thing as uploading it to twitter
just transfer it usb if you don't want to use twitter, short of shitposting directly from your ps4 i dont see how it's any less convenient desu
Here's another way that doesn't use google drive. PS4 already reads my UMS media server for my pirated movies and shit, therefore it would be able to send pictures there, but no. I like having options and abilities, but since it's a console you can only take what they give you.
I don't get why people complain about this. Just sell your vita while it still holds some value. Sony doesn't care about you or your overpriced paperweight
>overpriced paperweight
>own 20~ games I have played on it
besides shovel knight and gravity rush what are some good games that benefit from being on the vita?
>benefit from being on the vita
DT2
>I don't like the idea of Souls-likes becoming a genre
I want you to tell me how Nioh is more like a souls game than it is an Onimusha game
The gameplay mechanics
Explain further user
Nah, I'm not that guy.
Devs specifically mentioned they were inspired by Demon's Souls though, and it doesn't really play anything like an Onimusha game, it's just Aesthetically like one.
Do you have a source where they mention that?
Hyped as fuck
Huh. I don't seem to.
Maybe it's bullshit I believed.
