Seemed intentional to me.
Kind of like how the English voice acting in Silent Hill 2 is supposed to sound intentionally inhuman and unsettling, the Japanese voice acting in Gurumin seems to sound intentionally robotic and monotone, especially Parin. I don't think that shit would pass if it wasn't what they were aiming for. More personality doesn't necessarily make a more memorable character or performance. English Parin just sounds like a generic tween.

What's bullshit? She has a nude model that's bathed in light at healing stations in later difficulties. Just take the nude model and rename it to the beginner or normal model's names I'm guessing.
