Yea but these hobbies are relatively cheap unless you buy every figure imaginable.
And a 4 day trip to Disney (Universal / Islands is the same) is like $1200 or so I think, $1500 if you do two people. I remember doing the math at some point because it was something I kind of wanted to save up for.

I don't make a whole lot. Just around $22/hr, but I still worked it out that even with my video games I'd have enough spending money for it in just two or three months if I didn't overspend on alcohol and food.

I did a 8 day trip to disney for 3, just me and parents, christmas time, for 3 grand. stayed at art of animation. Shit was comfy as fuck. ate at all the big name resturants too, like california grill and Le Cellar.

And I make fuck all.

Traveling in general seems overrated as fuck in my opinion. Even if it was "just" 1500$/€, I'd much rather spend that money on a new TV, computer, or something that I get more than 8 days of hectic schedules and jet lag out of. If I were to travel, I'd spend at least a month at the destination.

Of course, I'm a little biased because I ended up traveling a lot as a kid/teen due to my father working all over the world and switching places every half a year. I've traveled enough to the point where traveling feels like a waste of money unless it's for some very good reason.
